I´m glad skullguise I wouldn't like to offend anyone with what I'm going to say. I don´t doubt that it sound good and their price is quite "affordable" but... For less than that, we would be quite rude to other (included Stax). I´ll think about it for a few days. Maybe they have stock of the premium version again.

I have used steel screws with this insulating washer Ref. Mouser Edit: I add a drop of Nural 50 to the screws too About r182 replaced with 120 ohm to get 20mA output current

I have the MrSpeakers Ether CX (Closed). Sounds pretty good, detailed, they are light and isolate quite a bit from ambient noise but I think they are very overrated. I prefer the Audeze LCD-XC although they are terribly heavier (and expensive)
