  1. See posts 14 and 15. I presume this is used like Amb's in that you put it between the amp output and the phones?
  2. Glad it isn't too serious Chris. Heal up. Went for a paltry 6 mile ride today, mid '40s, 15mph wind coming back (which kicked my ass). Man am I an out of shape pussy.
  3. Hope you are OK Chris! Sorry to read this.

Very nice job! Tight though. BTW, where did headinclouds run a group buy?
  17. Happy Birthday jp!
  18. They also have the TKD mono CP2500 pots as well. The Alps are only available in a 250K which seems pretty high in value.
  19. Happy Birthday Dinny!
  20. Happy Birthday Mikey!
  21. Happy Birthday Chris!
  22. I think the cable in his left hand is a piece from something else. As Kevin stated, if you still have the other part of the original headphone cable with the plug, and an ohmmeter, that would give you some real clues as to what should go where. Good luck soldering that crap though Make sure to get all of the varnish or whatever it is they coat the wires with off. Solder pot would be a big help here.
  23. Yes, riding rollers from the couple of times I rode them requires your full attention! Voler makes nice stuff at reasonable prices. Another brand that is often overlooked is Santini. My favorite bibs (Top CX) are no longer made, but I did buy a couple of pairs of the Santini GIT gel shorts (not bibs) for pretty reasonable pricing on Nashbar. Like $35. Though I'm not fond of gel, these are fine. I still like the Top CX pad better, but I don't mind these at all. Bibs also available. http://www.nashbar.com/bikes/Product_10053_10052_520370_-1___204701
  24. Yeah, just saw that about Jack Bruce. Always liked his voice. RIP.
  25. Not as fun as Grahame's travels, but took the afternoon off and went with some co-workers to Lagunitas Chicago brewery. Pretty impressive, and I already knew I was pretty much a Lagunitas slut anyhow. Cool wall mural made from bottlecaps Also stopped at Urban Legend in Westmont on our way back. Pretty good stuff, and a cool little place!. Sorry for the crappy iphone pics.
