  1. Update: 680uF caps are comming 23/10 (according to FTCap). As soon as I have got those I'll post pics, and start shipping.

  3. At least it shows that one might spend at least as much time figuring out whether the stuff has been assembled correctly as one would spend building the stuff from scratch ... BTW doesn't the LV rectifier look a bit odd? Would be interesting to see the bottom side of the boards as well ...
  4. the two resistors pointed out as 250ohm is governing the current in the output stage, at 250ohm you'll have 4.5mA ....at 180ohm you'll have 6.5mA ....the transistor can go to 10-12mA but then you need bigger heatsinks.

  6. Insanity is right, those rectifiers looks like the ones from the original BOM (more space between on that PCB) Those should be STTH512FP from the pics it seems like the isolating washers are missing from the 10m90 on your amp

  9. Just a brief comment on the picture; the regular HV PSU boards are NOT part of the circlotron GB ....only HV900, driver + output boards are included in the Circlotron GB. /S

  14. About a month ago Kerry was testing some late revision Kevin had done to the boards. I don't know the latest status on this, maybe Kerry can chim in?
  15. 680uF/550V + some 470uF/550V are set for week 43, the reaminder of 470uF/550V are set for week 46. We are working on having all caps delivered week 43 (19.october-23.october) Thanks NoPants for pointing out the week issue.

ONYLY NON-US In order for preparing the upcomming shipping of Caps / Circlotron boards / Carbon boards for those who selected combined shipping, I would like every participant to write me a mail ([email protected]), in the subject field write: Head-case ID, Shipping; e.g. "sorenb, Shipping". The mail body containing three sections: 1. Your complete adresse, as you want it to be printed on the package 2. The way you want to have it declared; please explain if you want your package declared in a certain way in order to have it through customs without additional hassles. 3. If you want to have enclosed a note in the package, please state the wording you prefere. Thanks /S
