seems to work fine (although the servo is a bit different on the Circlotron driver in comparison to the Carbon ... but close enough I'd say)

LSK389 has shipped from the supplier this friday. Hope to be able to ship to US/Canada end of the next week. Non-US/Canada will be about a week later. /S

Wonder how you did connect the 2x 300V ... the two 335VAC seems pretty 'unused' ...?

This is the relay needed for the Digital Attenuator I have added the part to the spreadsheet here. The price ea is USD4.39/ea, If more than 500 the price is < 3USD/ea. The quantum price is contained in the sheet and thus the price (in the E8) will show actual price according to the total amount. Please add the amount you want. Thanks. /S

Thanks to all who have paid. Unfortunately I don't have a record of the paypal <-> Head-Case-ID of each and thus have no way of keeping track of who has paid. Which is why I asked for: " Please transfer the amount stated in the spreadsheet to [email protected], putting "Group Buy DA, Head-Case ID" into the notes field. Those participated in Caps or Circlotron GB I can figure out, but others I cannot unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvinience. So people who have paid and not participated in Caps nor Circlotron GB please send me a mail with your Head-Case ID and shipping adress while we're at it ? /S

No prob. Anyone please do join. As long as the boards hasn't been ordered yet

In rgrds to the Group Buy for a digital attenuator, I've got a quote from PCBNet at 50 boards: 11.40USD.(the interest is 44 at this point in time). According to Kevin this version has been traced by Kerry but apparantly not yet tested. However the previous version has been built by Kerry. Who confirms it is working. Please transfer the amount stated in the spreadsheet to [email protected], putting "Group Buy DA, Head-Case ID" into the notes field. As soon as everybody has made the transfer, the order will be made. /S

DO NOT START PAYING FOR SHIPPING YET Some has already paid for shipping of their LSK389s, and paid too much. Please have a look at the spreadsheet where the exact amounts are calculated. Everybody has been paying 8.5USD/ea. I have ordered 100 pieces from Trendsetter, and thus got the 7.45USD/ea price. The shipping from Trendsetter to Maryland, US is: 20.95USD, which is distributed evenly pr LSK389. Shipping to US + Canada will take place from Maryland, US, Shipping for non-(US+Canda) will take place from Denmark. Shipping from US-Denmark is free since I get some other stuff as well. I believe the cost has been kept as low as possible doing it like this. /S

doesn't matter. Usually B or BL is used unless other is specified.

The LSK389B TO-71 has been ordered. Final price is 7.66USD/ea (including shipping to MD, US) US participants will have to add domestic shipping (6.45USD priority mail), if some preferes another shipping method please notify me. Shipping for non-US will be made from Denmark. (Shipping for Australia / Sweden seems to be ~ 10USD) approx. double if tracking/sign-off is prefered.

Time to wrap this one up: Please do transfer the amount stated in the spreadsheet to [email protected], and put GroupBuy, HeadCase ID in the notes field of the paypal transfer /S

would cascoding the 6S4A with KSC2690 be possible as well? apart from the j79 being obsolete would that be a suitable replacement for 2690?
-
What does the tube socket pin numbering refer to?
-
hmm...I thought you recommend removing all Flukes before powering up?

Con grats Thats a tiny Carbon ;o)

if the PCBs are made by PCBNet I'm in for two sets.

I have made a spreadsheet here I don't mind covering some excess ...
-
the rectifiers do look like they are as close as on the latest KGSShv PSU board ... why does it work in this situation?
-
looks like the T2Shrunk

If you look at the schematic, one resistor string reference O+ whereas the other reference O-

The BH or T2?

My experience with Phoenix connectors is that you can actually put in a wire, and tighten the screw with out getting a proper connection. I usually check the connection from somewhere else on the boards than the actual connector. Since you have been fiddeling with the wires I guess the Phoenix connector is the culprit here rather than something more serious.
