Gene Wolfe has to be some of the most complex fiction (fantasy possibly science fiction) that I have read and best. One can go into it at so many levels. The Series "Book of the New Sun" with the Shadow and the Claw as a great introduction. Amazon.com: Shadow & Claw: The First Half of 'The Book of the New Sun' (9780312890179): Gene Wolfe: Books

It is but in the world of rowing they have HM and FM as well as other distances. The Run, Run Run thread was more about weight loss than especially running as I was reading it so I added something to the thread.
-
As I said on the other thread Run, Run, Run; I did a half marathon distance on my Concept 2 today. My first at that distance.

I have own two different version of this headphone. They did sound different. The early version was not as good as the later version.

One would be very hard pressed to get a better DAC than the Pico for 299$ anywhere in my opinion.

Stereophile - Variations Silverman performs Beethoven Piano Music 65 Roses Buster Williams Trio BTW, I just took receipt of a Headamp Pico Dac yesterday and it is sounding great into my Yamamoto HA-02.

Here is what I got...or a derivative of this: page6 Very nice and it is expensive but you put the quality components you want and that is what drives the cost up. I also was thinking about having Art add a headphone out but have not yet. Mine will do either three inputs in and four out or the reverse without any antenuator. Home page is: http://home.comcast.net/~ampbox/

There is a function on the web that I just used at work that will do this. It was call something like InterpolateVLookup. Check it out. Cut and pasted from the function below is the heading... Function InterpolateVLOOKUP(x As Single, Table As Range, _ YCol As Integer) 'Returns the interpolated number from the first column of 'Table and the YCol column of table. 'x - the number between two numbers in the first column of Table 'Table - The range of values with at least YCol columns 'YCol - the column of Table used for the Y-side of the interpolation

ASIO4All Explanation - Head-Fi: Covering Headphones, Earphones and Portable Audio This is the setup that works for me. Before there was a slight clicking every few seconds with ASIO but now, as I said, rock solid. Make sure you get a 2 gig memory. My Mini9 works much better with the extra memory and I also have removed virtual memory since with 2 gig I don't every go that high using the Mini9 as a music server. My Mini9 has a second hard drive where I store all my programs setting in the microSD slot. It uses a hacked HP microSD driver that makes it appear as a hard drive rather than a removable one. So my internal SSD drive is setting there with 7 gigs open and the microSD is 16 gig in size. I am also using a 320 passport external USB drive to hold all my FLAC music files.

My Dell Mini9 is solid as a rock...playing JRiver Media into my Pico using ASIO4ALL setup as noted in the how to post on the other site.
-
Personally I would spend that on 2 gigs and put it in myself. 2 gigs is much better than 1 gig with the Mini9.
-
Remember it acts much like a dual core, so half a 1.6 ghz dual core is a single core working at 0.8 ghz at best.
-
I have not put much stuff like that on mine. I want to keep it purely for what I had in mind when I got it, primarily a music server. That is the Dell Mini 9.
-
I have been thinking about coming up for that meet and bringing my portable and transportable stuff like the Dell Mini9, Pico, TTVJ, Nuforce Icon Mobile, iMod, Auricap Doc, Sansa Fuse, AT-ESW10JPN, SRS-005II, UE9 and if it comes in of course the UE8. Maybe by then someone will have the HD800 there.

Is there an easy way to print out multiple page threads?
slwiser replied to The Monkey's topic in Suggestions
I use PDFReDirect on each page. It buffers each page in a list till I get to the last page of a thread then I select all the pages that I have printed to PDFRedirect and print to one file. It is fairly painless and collects the whole thread in one file. You will have to click on each page of a thread anyway so this is not much harder. It saves it for later reading. -
Happy Birthday Nate....it is always good to make another one.

I should be getting my UE8 sometime in April from what I am hearing.
