  1. Yup, it will need some work, but I'm hopeful.
  2. Cambridge Audio Azur 840c
  3. What was your opinion of this one? http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f6/neverending-quest-balanced-i-v-stage-326087/
  4. Vids will be fine too. On topic: How about something like the RAKK Dac passive output stage?
  5. Maybe for the measuring. But better yet that you were involved in making it. It really was an improvement.
  6. I'm also using RIP 'cause it will never happen.
  7. Good thing we measured three times, after spending hours on component placement.
  8. Happy B'day Matt.

  10. If you want some Hammond 119DA's let me know. R
  11. Too busy listening?
  12. Looks great Nate. I'm particularly fond of the blue pin striping, on that black case. Too bad it won't be part of the final look.
  13. I have to look at that picture again to satisfy my curiosity. I completely missed what her face looked like. Damn it, your luck really sucks. All the best and enjoy the vicodin.
  14. It's a way to make sure you don't miss the advertising. So now you have to scroll right to see the content. Oh wait, shouldn't content be what it's about? Jude going back to the old way is highly unlikely.
  15. It would be no problem for you and your big head.
  16. It's a little early for that. Lets just say that so far I'm happy with my investment. R
  17. Thanks. Onkyo high-current receiver, speaker taps... for now (wallet is empty). R
  18. Thanks for the instructions, they were very helpful and kept me from losing the springs and balls. I took it apart and the rubbers are very stretched. And they are integral to the inner headband. If I'm able to get a replacement can anyone provide additional guidance in separating the outer and inner headband? R
  19. No problem. I guess my head is too small or my ears are too high on my head. I guess over time the rubber tensioner has stretched and the weight of the headphones overcomes the headband tension. R
  20. Oops I guess I should of been clearer. Not clamping tension but the tension of the so called "self adjusting headband", the leather part. It does not have enough tension to keep the drivers higher and inline with my ears.
  21. So I received my K1000's. Unfortunately the headband is a bit saggy. Does anyone here know how to re-tension this headband? I can either increase the tension on the headband or surgically lower my ears. I think I would prefer the first. Renato
  22. Happy Birthday Nate... and Matt.
