I hear uh... Panasonic? is coming out with an even longer charge-holding battery. I'm too lazy to dig up the news story but it may be on its way. Of course it might be difficult to phase the Eneloops out of the market since they're THE rechargeables to get.
I talked to a career counselor about my future and she mentioned something about Sonos here... sounded interesting enough, hope you get it.
And wtf @ birthday dog, funniest post ever
This is bad... I just dropped some eyedrop into the back side of my Lambdas... They were plugged in and charged so I turned it off and unplugged it and discharged it. I don't have a small screwdriver with me right now so I'm letting it dry, should I be very worried or perhaps heartbroken now?
Nate, where are you getting all these fancy looking RCAs lately now that ProFis aren't in stock? And what are they besides the Vampire ones you used on some other cables?
And that's real credible.
If it was the successor to the AD2000 it'd be the AD2000PRM or AD3000 or something. One look at the naming tells you it's not that.
By the way, limited to 1000 is for Fujiya, not total. Thought I'd made that clear but that wasn't the case
If the ESW10 is a good step up from the ESW9, I'd really consider that price. The overall sound of the ESW9 is pretty sexy.
It's actually not very expensive if you get some cheap wire like navships on eBay or buy some molded Canare/Belden/Mogami/whatever and buy Neutrik connectors (which will be about half the parts cost)
Open it up according to the service manual (don't forget the screw under the sticker) and count how many little wires there are. It's really easy to tell.
