got the repairs done on the OL Sovreign compleed and the motor and motor control unit are now on their way back to me!!! Vinyl in about a week.

picked up a Samsung 46" 630 model LCD TV Sunday at Best Buy and so far I am impressed. My only quibble is mos stuff I watch now has this HD camcorder effect that was initially strange but I am adjusting to it. My last TV was a 2007 viewsonic 37 " that mediocre at best. Any suggestions on how to dial in the picture, looks good now but I think there may be some tweaking that I could do.

Picked mine up last night and all I can say is wow, it throws a huge soundstage that is holographic. The Bass and Mids are strong points with the treble well extended but not splashy at all. So initial impressions are rock solid, I'll live with it for a week then flip the MCormack and or Dared 845 amp back in for comparison. Gene did they replace the output transistors in yours, I am really thinking of getting mine done by these guys over the next month or so. why would you go through an M-box from a Mac to the ULN-2 when you could just plug the macs firewire cable into the ULN-2? Personally I did not own the 650s at the same time as my ULN-2 but the AT AD2000s sounded really great out of the built in headphone amp.

Greg, do you have the most up to date MIO console, drivers and firmware, if not go to mhlabs.com and grab them. My issue is sometime when I flip an LP the 305 loses sight of the mic pre amps and outputs no sound and meters see nothis as well but if I reboot the unit all is well.

Oh and the sonic 305 is also acting weird, is there major solar flare activity?

It is essentially the 4D although current dealers may dispute this as they redid the line in response to Sora Sound losing their distribution rights. the Atmos is even a better deal as when I called dealers they wanted over 3k for just the airy and he has the Atmos for about $2200, either way its tough to go wrong
