Just noticed his name no longer appears on member list. He is getting blasted by HC members on HF. Serves him right I guess. Spent alot of time hyping up Diablo just to turn it.

[Warning: mid-fi!] Something like Koss A-250's but with bass? HALP!

Booze only works on speakers. -
I'm from Arkansas and can't believe they managed to beat LSU. Now we are never going to be able to get rid of our miserable fucking asshat of a coach.

Glad it is back up but I will probably end up spending more time over here.

If you dump the 999es, PM me. Might be interested. -
All you have to do is think before you ask and not have a thin skin. They definitley have no reservations about calling you out over here but that is okay by me. I'm a 54 year old ex-Marine. My skin is plenty thick.

Been on Directtv for about 3 years now and finally getting around to maybe adding HD. Anybody care to share their thoughts on HD programs avilable. Is their a decent amount of programing available now to make it worthwhile.

There's an avatar I recognize. Used to see Agnostic all the time on Head-fi

Boomana, I am a newebie who agrees with you 100% (and I'm not trying to kiss your ass). As a newbie it is not up to me to come in here and tell y'all how to run your board. If I don't like it here then it is up to me to decide that and leave. Personally I like it here and plan on staying

I recommend the ES7's as well. I enjoy mine for what they are - good portable cans. Some complain about discomfort but after awhile I got used to their fit and have no problems whatsoever. The work well without amplification and are pretty nice looking IMO.

New Members - How did you discover Head-Case?

kramer5150 sent me link in PM. Must say it is very entertaining over here. -
I agree, that for something that puts out music and doesn't matter if they get trashed, they are well suited for that. But there were God only knows how many posts on HF praising the marshmellows to the highest. That is what I can't get. I ended up using them to listen a scanner at the races, but as far as music goes, forget it. Will have through a disclaimer that I honestly have not used any in-ear phone that I liked, but I have never used any that was any where near close to "quality".

Broccoli with cheese is pretty good.

Okay but didn't the speakers sound better?
-
I find that 3 shots of Jack Daniels makes even the worst speakers sound better.

Amen on the Wal-mart. That's where I met the bitch from hell.

Not me, I almost got my ass kicked last year by some crazy assed lady over a damn portable DVD player that wasn't even for me (standing in line for a friend). Damn women go crazy on that day. Never again.

Grawk, agree with your comment about buying used. That is how I got my Turbo LOD and AE-2. Ended up being very happy with both and saved some bucks. As far as meets go, let me know the next time there is a meet anywhere near Arkansas (see what I mean about Bumfuck, Egypt) and I will go. I am sure there are better amps out there, but after about a month of research looking at types of headphones used (I pretty much use low-impedence cans it seems) and genres of music used by owners of the amps, I decided that the AE-2 would suit my needs pretty good. It blows my iBasso awy and I like it better than my co-workers Xenos (guarendamnty I spelled that one wrong but y'all know what I mean) so I am pretty satisfied.

Best way to get revenge on neighbor's cats without actually killling them?

Dude I fully understand what you meant. I laughed my ass off when it happened. -

Cats are smart. The hot sauce will get it once, but when it comes back it will just walk around it or just jump over it. Spray it with a fire extinguisher, and then leave it setting on your balcony in plain sight. It doesn't take a very big shot. You don't want to hurt it, just scare the shit out of it. The suddeness and the noise of the blast is what will do it. I'm telling you I have done it. It freaks them out. Had a stray that would not leave my daughters cat alone. -

Better idea. Fire extinguisher. The dry chemical kind. Trust me. It will scare the shit of it. 2 or 3 times and it will never come on your balconey. I've done it.
