I got to 220 lbs when I sat at a desk for 8 hours a day. I was always skinny as a rail as a kid and ate whatever I wanted. I stayed that way for about 10 years. I would hike some and bike, but it didn't do much for me until I started running and ate less carbs. I am 185 lbs now and have stayed around there for 6 years. I run 2 to 3 days a week about 3 miles at a time. I like a lot of the ideas from this web site, although I don't do everything he says. www.marksdailyapple.com/ alcohol is my one weakness.

I am network challenged. So this replaces a USB dongle and is better, because you can move it closer to your router and it has a better antenna?

I am reading The Hobbit for the first time. I have tried reading Catch 22 a few times and Catcher in the Rye once or twice. I need to read those along with The Gunslinger.

I love pop tarts, but they just have too many carbs and sugar.

I heard that the ads on the Kindles right now are for the newest Twilight movie. I can't think of a better way to get people to pony up the the money for the ad free edition.

I too am happy with my Capresso Infinity. I started out with a manual grinder and while it may have been more consistant, I like to multitask while I am making coffee. I tried Bisbee Roasters, and I really liked the Bali Blue Krishna. What other coffees from there do you recommend?
