Ah, that Joy.
-
Joy who?
-
No, you just say it a lot.

Looking closer at it... kit for $99... uses 6H30. I have 4 6H30's that I'm not using. Could this circuit be balanced if you bought two kits?
-
How many times you you type 'Oh snap' in one day?

Congrats on the RS-1's buddy! I'm so jealous. I hope you didn't pay full price for them Eaphan... the MS-Pro's are so much cheaper given the direct from Alessandro price and the strength of our dollar.

More likely is that you had the bass heavy K340's and they weren't happy in your setup. To be honest, the Audio Technicas I've heard are the A900, the W1000 and the W100. From what I understand in my readin' those VTG's and L3000 drivers are quite a bit different. I wouldn't be surprised if I liked them. Ummm, I think it is clear that we are making playful jibes at eachother [or at least that is how I took it]. I always call IEM's fucking earbuds, it is part of my witty charm. As for the K701s, no, I don't see how someone could prefer them to a K340... but unlike Art, I don't tell people that they are wrong. I just voice my opinion. You are more than welcome to prefer the K701, but I'm allowed to think that is completely whack!

Or rather, I heard their potential and did everything I could to unlock it. Please don't compare me to Art. I don't go around flat out telling people that A is better than B. I understand that people have different preferences and opinions. Well, except for the token jokes.

Well, I think you'd notice a lot of their top end headphones in the middle of the pack on my ranking, but I don't buy headphones that I don't like. Or at least I try not to. Lets review the lists where they are middle of the pack: Yours - You put the K701 and a fucking earbud above them, so who has hearing issues? I've never heard the W10VTGs or W3000s, so you might be right. Post - I can completely understand putting the RS-1 and HP-2 over the K340. The GS1000 is sort of a mystery, but I guess he has had a better experience with them than I. Obviously Post likes the Sennheiser house sound... I don't. Um, so I guess that is 'everyone else'. If I liked them, I'd tell you. I'm not so biased that my ears have stopped working. None, it was a joke.

Oops, it's everything you've owned. That's harder. AKG K 340 >>>> MB-Quart QP85 > swt61 Chocolate Donut Mk2 > AKG K271 Studio > Grado HF-1 > AKG K240 Studio >> Shure E4 > AKG K81DJ >> Sennheiser HD570 >>>> AKG K26P >>>>>>>> All Audio Technica Headphonez
-
Using the jpak graded system: K 340 >>>>> Donuts / QP85 >>> K81DJ >>>>>>>>>> All y'all headphones is bunk!
-
That was one of my favourite lines as well.

http://www.break.com/index/absolutely-hilarious-indian-music-video.html Way too funny.
-
Roam has heard them both?
-
If I can't get happy with the Donuts as my second headphone, I'm selling them back to steve and getting a pair of MS-Pros.
-
I have a Sony digital camera.
-
Its a joke Jacob.

Here is another one: http://www.produplicator.com/1socddub52cd.html I'm really warming up to this idea as since my computer isn't dual core, when I burn... I burn. If these external standalone units work well it could really be a nice solution for me.

Anyone tried something like this? http://www.american-digital.com/prodsite/product.asp?p=1132 or this http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1515247&Tab=11&NoMapp=

What do you think of "markl Mod for Denon AH-D5000" thread?
philodox replied to purk's topic in Headphones
You should call that the 'Biggie Mod' and start up a thread. -
hehe, I missed this on first read. Yeah, they're ganging up on me. It's just not cool to like the K340 around here. You're OK if you like the L3000, K1000, HP-1000 or Omega 2. Anything else and you're screwed. I mean, it's not like I have switched to speakers or anything like that!

Considering getting a 100pack of the TY's to start and maybe 25 of those fancy gold discs for the really special recordings. A couple questions. 1. I've got a NEC DVD Burner. Any reason to get a better [possibly external] CD burner? 2. What application should I use? I've got a full version of Nero and UltraISO. 3. Should I do a direct copy from disc to disc using the same drive, multiple drives, creating an image, ripping to WAV first, etc? 4. Should I volume normalize the discs? I've heard this can help loud/hot recordings sound less... like ass. 5. What printer works well with those white inkjet printable TY's? I don't have a printer at the moment and if I was to buy one I would probably get a laserjet, but having printed labels on my copies would be kind of cool. 6. Any suggestions on an application that will search out and print track listings and possibly album art for the discs I'm copying? Thanks in advance.

...or in comparison even. Damn Blackberry.

He said by comparison.
