  1. Gorgeous, love horn speakers.
  2. That's me. I can fully relate as I was them many moons ago. Hopefully I can get them to think a bit, work together and not horribly scar them in the process. *fingers crossed* I'm keeping it no guns, and have a few fail-safes built in in case it looks like they're going to get in trouble.
  3. What happens in the dungeon stays in the dungeon Steve Woah, just went down a serious Ali Express rabbit hole... too bad I didn't do my preparation further in advance. It's insane what they have, and quite cheap. But shipping takes forever. Still ordered a few choice pieces for $8. If nothing else I can use it in the next game as I'm sure these little nerds will want me to do another one eventually.
  4. Awww, thanks Al. Here is the party... Jack has an obscene amount of Lego, but no fish headed people, so the martial artist is getting a Viktor Krum head (that I'm ordering). The party assembles... From left to right, Jack, Westley, Cyborg Tinkerer, Human Giant Geneticist, Fish Man Martial Artist, Bounty Hunter with Giant Slingshot. Pretty happy with all of them, but maybe the Giant Human Geneticist needs some work. Lmk what you think. What West looked like originally, but he's no longer a cat person now and for some reason has the sword of Griffindor and Captain Americas shield... The other is a villain that Jack whipped up for me.
  5. Ok, I think we have our adventuring party for Jack's bday: Jack - Human (regular, which in this gets +1 to all ability scores in this!?) Warrior (based on Fighter) / Elemental Weapon Subtype + Devil Fruit (he actually rolled and got Gomu Gomu and is so happy) West - Mink(Tiger) Rogue / Thief Subtype 4 Friends: Fish Person (Shark) Martial Artist (based on Monk) / Fish Man Karate Subtype Human (Human Giant, think Garp) Chemist (based on Druid) / Genetics Subtype Cyborg Tinkerer (based on Wizard) / Robotics Subtype Human (Variant, for skills and a Haki feat) Marksman (based on Ranger) / Bounty Hunter Subtype If anyone familiar with One Piece can weigh in on this it would be appreciated as I've only really watched the first season.
  6. Great album. They're a cool band too, if I remember correctly each of their albums is in a complete different genre. I'm a Trip Hop guy, so Londinium is a gem, but I think their other albums are decent as well. (just completely different) And thanks buddy
  7. That second link worked.
  8. That looks like some decent info, I'll check it out. Ordered the Mustache XL combo pack (black and colour) from 123ink.ca Came to just under $50, but getting rid of the $8 shipping only needed $12 more, so got myself a 25ft Cat5E cable, some electrical tape, and a sewing measuring tape to round it out at around $55 with free shipping. The Cat5E cable will allow me to connect my computer wired to the high speed port, which should be a little more reliable for streaming.
  9. Just ordered that Mustache toner from 123ink, so I'll let you know how it is.
  10. Working through my FLAC catalog and doing a little hunt and peck for some of my favourites. (currently in A ) Anoushka Shankar & Karsh Kale - Breathing Under Water Antibalas Afrobeat Orchestra - Who is this America? Archive - Londinium Asian Dub Foundation - Community Music
  11. She sure is, Key-Lime Pie Girl and I have been together since then. Good memory! Rachel remembers you as well and was part of the push for me reaching out to Renato et al. and coming back here. Takes good care of me. We actually got married recently as she wanted her Dad to walk her down the aisle (he has Parkinsons).
  12. Haha, It's been a trip Steve! You really need to figure out your own shit when you have little ones to look after. They both look much more like Mom, but they each have half of my brain. I've come to realize that I'm basically a shaman and a hunter trapped in the same body. Jack/Jackson (my 9yo, soon to be 10) is the shaman. He's super deep and sensitive, always reading or drawing, has spoken like an adult since he was 5 and has most of them wrapped around his finger. Most of the girls in his class and probably a few of the boys have crushes on him and he has absolutely no idea, lol. We're currently reading together while I have my morning coffee. Westley/West (my 4yo) is most definately the hunter. He's like a force of nature, full of personality, turn your back for a second and he's gone, always climbing the highest thing he can find but rarely gets hurt. Lies compulsively, but is *terrible* at it. Lately has been bringing home school library books without taking them out properly and tells us that his friends are giving them to him. They certainly keep us on our toes.

  15. No, that's not what I mean. Your little orange haired gnome can stuff it.
  16. Trying to print the One Piece (Dungeons & Devil Fruits) rules for that D&D game I'm running for my Son's birthday and it crapped out half way through the players handbook. So I'll probably try to order some of the 3rd party toner... or just sneak print it at work.
  17. Not available in Canada... need one of them fancy VPNs
  18. Haha, I'm bad with names to begin with, but I certainly remember him. Leprechaun is on point for sure.

  20. Happy Birthday Dinny! I either didn't clock your real name back in the day or it has filtered through the sieve that is my mind. I'm excellent with the search tool though, so finally figured it out. Have a good one and hopefully you do come back! It's pretty nice here. Definately more comfortable than the 'other place'.
  21. Thanks for the link, I'll have a look when I get out of the kids room, my 4yo is just falling asleep. The 9yo is at baseball.
  22. I'm going to look into the 3rd party cartridges. When we first got it I don't think there were any, but hopefully that has changed by now.
  23. Recently I had been toying with the idea of streaming and making videos, but had been dragging my feet on actually starting... Then around a week ago I was watching elybeatmaker, a streamer I enjoy, and he decided to raid me when he finished. Ended up being an absolute blast and I think I was actually decent at it. Figured this might be a good way to reconnect with some of the friends I've left behind along the way and rekindle/reapply some of my previous 'obsessions'. Not to say that I don't listen to music anymore, but I'm not as picky as I once was and tend to spin vinyl with the kids on some modest speakers while the ThunderCougerFalconBi... *ahem* McAlister Audio Massive Attack sadly collects dust for the most part. Hoping to change that soon though. Anyway, the shameless plug: [philodox42 on Twitch] I've only had three streams so far, and one was largely a technical test. I'd recommend watching the first bit of the long one as that's when the raid hit and you can see me scramble. I'm actually pretty close to Affiliate after that raid, so a follow would really help and it would be a great way to catch up with some old friends. I can also post here the next time I stream in case anyone wants to chat. Doesn't have to have anything to do with Minecraft... and if anyone here does play Minecraft, lmk and I can send you an invite to my server. PS. If the links aren't allowed, please strip them from the post.
  24. Basically all in the title... finally cancelled my HP Instant Ink service (what a scam) and would like a normal printer please.
