I expect that you can get them for around 30K if you are tight with your local Sennheiser dealer. Sell the T2 for 12-15K...then boom....sell 3-4 carbons. Congrats on buying a house!

Very happy with mine as well. Picked up Justin's personal pair for a decent price. Love the sound especially out of the ECP DSHA-0 upgraded. Sound wonderful out of the Susy Dynahi as well.

Yes I totally agree here. However some folks in Hong Kong & Japan may go all out for this. They hardly have any space even for a desktop setup. Same here. I feel uneasy leaving my work rig there. For the most part, its Sony ZX-2 > PHA-3 > JH13pro FP in balanced mode for me. Then again I do have to switch to open headphones from time to time to catch the phone. -

I think it is overpriced no matter how you look at it...unless you absolutely need to have something on the go. Then again, this is already cheaper than Astell Kern AK380. -

Knowing what a properly driven HD800 can do compared to the SR009/007 + KGSSHV...I doubt that the LCD-4 can be that much better.

I'm a big tennis fan myself and I understand what you mean. I always attend the BB&T ATL open, at least either final & semi. For near $100, I'm at the front row. I don't think my $$ will go as far in bigger events. Of course, I only get to see Isner serving fest the past few years. Rodick came over before he retired and I missed that one.
