I think we have to credit Kerr for his excellent coaching in the last three games. The first 4 were a tight contest between Steph & WB. There were several mismatches opportunities which was pivotal to Steph making several 3s. I believe Stephs made at least 4 or 5 threes with Adams guarding him last night. I thought KD was a good long-range shooter, but he is down right average compared to the Splash Brothers.

A massive choke job by OKC. Congrats to the Warriors!
  4. Buy less tickets the next time around Brent and plan to win 3 out of 4. The guy who won over $1200 total prize money is now selling the Pico Power for $400 on headfi. He was super lucky tho.

  6. Get in line...get it line..
  7. Nope, according to him and the L-3 is still in the work. The DSHA-2 is pretty great sounding too but the Copenhagen Solidstate and tube were just so so great. Doug...3 weeks can't come soon enough!
  8. Well...his craftsmanship goes without saying but the sound is even more spectacular IMO. If I were to own his top level amp, I'm afraid I'll have to sell my DSHA-0 and go with just a regular power coated chassis.
  9. I've been embracing it but this time there were too many great gears not to check out. But like I said I enjoy hanging out with you guys more but I had to spend majority of my time behind my own table though. BTW, how do you liking your HPA-2C? I found it to be quite capable for an amp/dac priced at $289. Speaking of the raffle, one guy bought only four (4) tickets ($5 each) and won gear worth in excess of $1200. Three of his tickets were drawn. What a lucky dude!
  10. It did for me. My DSHA-0 maybe in trouble soon. Doug...thank you for coming down and really showing off some of your best creations. I can't wait until I can get an in-home audition with the Copenhagen amps as well as DSHA-2. Tom, thanks for convincing Doug to come down here.
  11. Great time indeed Brent! I wish I had join you guys after the steak dinner as well as Sunday's morning. Daddy's duties never stop my friend. I had such a great time at the event, mostly chatting with you, Tyll, Doug, Justin, and Matt as well as others. I did check out a bit of gear toward the end and the Mr. Speaker E-Stat did sound very nice but not SR009 or SR007 good. Wish I had more time to check out Noble as well as other CIEMs companies. Will definitely attend next year, but hopefully with less stuff to haul this time. I just absolutely didn't enjoy packing and unpacking as well as being tie-down on my own table.
  12. Have a great birthday Brent! I'm sure Justin already treated you with something special during the Canlanta weekend. It was a great time at the Steakhouse man.
  13. The meet was superb and would have not happened to be this good unless the ACOA members are on board. Many thanks to John Morrison and the team for organizing this superb event. I hope we can do this annually and even more people will attend. We have more than 10 vendors and plenty of set up to listen to. There were 15 or so raffle prize items and Brent walked away with his new office rig, the Matrix HPA-2C. Tyll was his very cool self, visiting and talking to everyone at the meet. His keynote speech was very informative and entertaining. Will the new line of Beats with lighting connector really spell the end to analog headphones? Tyll also spent a few minute listening my KGSSHV Carbon and SR009...and walked away very impressed. The highlight of the meet for me was meeting Doug in person and listened to his new line of amplifiers. His Copenhagen amplifier both tube & SS were noting short of spectacular. It was so very musical with a performance really worth remembering. I'm afraid my bank account will soon take a serious hit because of it. The DSHA-2 was also there and should be his biggest seller once it is officially released. I'm looking forward to an in-home audition of these amps soon. Thanks again Doug...you and your setup were the highlight of the meet for me. I also had an equally wonderful time hanging out with Justin and Brent during and after the meet. We had a great meal at a local Brazilian Steak House and I recommended some wild spots for Justin and Brent to check out afterward. Justin sure was impressed with the ATL's local hotties and may consider to move his factory here. C'mon Justin...I need a new job! It goes without saying that I had a great time with Justin's new ride. That pretty red sport car was just damn nice to ride in. Thanks for allowing me and Matt to take it for a spin. Sorry for the quality of the pictures, I had a heavy loads and the Canon S100 is starting to fail me. Should have brought a better camera.
  14. We would really love to have you here as well.
  15. Beautiful landscape man. Really!
  16. Sorry to learn of your loss Brent.

To be quite frank, I'm actually rooting for OKC. I don't mind either team as long as they show Cleveland the exit door again. Deep down, I have a problem with what what Lebron is doing to each of his star-studded team.

Another stupid miss by ref. Why the hell can't they just freaking a review a critical play such as this? Westbrook walked like 5 steps and still it wasn't a travel? They should really introduce a challenge system like tennis. Two reviews per each half.
  19. As an owner of couple of Justin's amps...I deserve that nicely crafted headphones stand. So what do you guys want to listen to? KGSSHV Carbon or a Susy Dynahi? Since I'm also running the Matrix-Audio & Violetric table at the event, I might only take just one setup.
  20. RIP Mike...sad news indeed.

I'm disappointed with the Spurs but TD was not really himself so his defensive presence was clearing missing. He didn't add much on the offensive end either but can you that much more from a 40 years old? I think LaMarcus got tight when it matters most. I thought this guy is great but he is far from being TD. Tim is now a shell of himself but during his prime years it always take couple guys to guard him. Now he has no vertical lift whatsoever. Very much looking forward the game between the Thunders and Warriors tonight. I still think OKC has plentty of chance to beat warrior. With Westbrook guarding Stepth, anything is possible. Totally in a agreement regarding the Eastern conference here. What a joke of a play off on their side. Wonder if Bosh will ever be back next year. By then the two of them will be too old to contend with Lebron and his crew.

I think they lost their identity the last couple of games. I think the Spurs are now a two persons team featuring the on/off LaMarcus & Kawhai. They were lacking good ball movements and no longer interest in shooting three. I notice this was coming and was definitely disappointed at the outcome for sure. Duncan & Manu were really showing their ages, more so on Manu than Duncan IMO. Parker is now trying to fit in to the new system. I'm afraid this is the end of the Spurs. They used to have great ball movements which often lead to a good chance of getting a 3-point shot. I don't really mind seeing OKC against GS given that it will definitely be more competitive.
  24. Tyll, I'm going to bring one of your old amp to the meet. I'm not going to disclose which model it is...but I hope you will listen to it. I find it to be quite a fantastic match with the Sennheiser HD800....and quite ahead of its time.
  25. Have a Happy Birthday!
