I blieve when I did some research last year I found that Bloodwood and Purple Heart can be very toxic. It sounds like you are having a very severe allergic reaction, be careful because the next stage in swelling may very well lead to swelling of the airways and that can mean a new avatar for you. Very bad, don't waste time with an Internist go straight to an allergist. The allergist can perform a skin or Rast test and determine the source, it may save you a trip to the ER.
We have a lot of allergies in our family and we have found that people's sensitivities to allergic sources can change quite a bit as they grow older. So do not assume that since you did not have a sesitivity to some woods or chemical compounds when you were younger that you do not have them now. Good luck.
Ugh that sucks. What good are tulips that have sat out 24hrs in a truck in 90% humidity?Tulips like cold, hate hot.
Nice thought though. Everytime in the past I sent someone flowers in the past the gesture was well received. Except for the time the boyfriend answered the door and read the gift card. Good thing I signed the card with someone elses name.
I agree with Reks, I have never felt the Zana lacked bass control in fact I felt it had excellent bass control. Granted I am not as experienced as some of you, and my A/B listening experiences with the Zana are very limited but I have heard the Zana sourced with 909's Reimyo and Digipete's Denon and I still feel the Zana and Digi's Dyna are some of the best I have heard in my limited experience.
One and three quarter cases of Peter Michael and six bottles of Kistler. I thank the Monkey for reminding me how much I love Kistler Chardonnay.
A bottle of Salt Sticks for hot summer pace line riding.
Depends on where the poster supposedly lives. There are some states I have visited when I was younger and I would bet the residents there are the first generation to walk erect.
I saw that while I was on vacation last week. It is a new made for cable show called "Pimp MY A-10 Thunderbolt" You should see the interior, surrond sound speakers and velour seat covers.
When you land the Capitole, you will be cooolll, until then you are just cool. Of course if you like Pinot Noir AND have a Capitole then you will be Uber Cool.
Two questions guys-
1) What cdp was used
2) What brand transformers were used in the BA?
I may need to email Craig on the second question but having been to Craig's before for a mini meet, I know he shares a lot of information regarding the build and parts for his amps.
Nice work, I would love to see your impressions.
My office is five minutes from where they used to have their facility. I remember stopping in to buy one of their cdps about nine months before they closed shop. Dusty and a few of the employees opened shop as Channel Islands Audio in Oxnard CA so if you ever have a need to contact them, you now know where to go. They don't seem to be too interested though in talking to anyone about AA legacy equipment so you may find them unreceptive, but then again you may get lucky.
At 50% off retail for new, which is what I was offered, I found the G08 fairly decent. Not syrupy, if anything it was unemotional and not the most detailed. Certainly not as good as the Reimyo or what I have now but for an ignorant cus as myself OK.
of course I jest, you guys have given me some ideas about other cans I should explore.
Off topic,---Riceboy, my plumerias are starting to bloom after four years of trying, reminds me of my former home on Oahu. Your pictures must have sent good karma.
