  1. I found it was difficult to insert in the rectum of the new Head-Case user, but well worth the extra effort.
  2. Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Rye neat.
  3. Largish Bloody Mary with mucho sriracha sauce and jalapeño stuffed olive garnish.
  4. Happy Birthday!!
  5. Happy Birthday!!
  6. Happy Birthday Peter!!
  7. Thomas Handy Manhattan.
  8. Italian sausage and grapes with mashed potatoes.
  9. Did a full drain on my battery, then a full recharge and that seems to have helped the battery issues I was seeing.
  10. Hope it's a very Happy Birthday Vicky!!
  11. Robert the Bruce from the bottle here. When it all comes down to it, this may just be my favorite overall FFF beer.
  12. Updated my iPhone 4 to iOS5 and ever since the battery life has been shit. I can literally watch it drop over a matter of minutes. Urgh. I've seen some other posts on it at MacRumors, but no conclusive answers.
  13. Nice. I believe I will have a Sazerac 18 Manhattan right after I finish this big G&T.
  14. Boodles and Dolin dry martini's. Plural.
  15. We enjoyed it immensely. Though Greg Kot, the reviewer for the Chicago Tribune thought Ferry phoned in the first set and that the sound was muddy. I enjoyed the first set a lot, especially since they did "If There Is Something" from the first Roxy album. Chris Spedding was on guitar and Paul Thompson (original Roxy band member) on drums. And a woman whose name I did not catch on saxes picking up the Andy MacKay parts in the Roxy songs. He did a mix of old, new, Roxy and solo and in the end it was an excellent show.
  16. Had cheeseborgers at the Billy Goat in Chicago. And may I just say, what a shithole.
  17. Sitting in the Chicago Civic Opera House waiting to see Bryan Ferry. Hope he's good cuz I currently feel like shit.
  18. Do not buy Toschi Preserved Cherries as they taste like wildebeest ass. I just put up a jar of cherries (frozen unfortunately, though a good first test) in Bulleit Bourbon. I'll try them next week and see what I think.
  19. Give me that warm loaf of bread and a fair amount of butter and I could be very happy! Looks good Nate.
  20. Junipero and Dolin Dry martini. With jalapeño olive.
  21. Stunning. You can tell from Barry Lyndon that before Kubrick was a filmmaker he was a very accomplished photographer.
  22. Barry Lyndon on Blu-Ray.
  23. Yes. They actually did not sell out until well into the afternoon. And a Behemoth bomber. Plus a Broo Doo, Drunk Monk and a Behemoth on tap for lunch. Which was a beef carbonnade with green onion spaetzle and arugula.
  24. Nice. It can be fun to revisit that stuff. I went on a hunt for Stroh's longnecks a while back, because it was what my Dad always drank. I found some and it wasn't bad. And the memories were worth it even if the beer had been piss.
