  1. Thanks Gene, I actually hadn't thought about the power cord. I emailed Hamad to ask about my options. Edit: IEC pigtail being added to the amp.
  2. M22 is on the operating table. Hamad says someone in its past had it repaired with some mediocre parts and that they will replace all of those in the full refurb. Can't wait to hear it once it's done.

  13. Pork chops with Chicago Spice House Back of the Yards Butcher's spice rub with fingerling potatoes and brussel sprouts in a whiskey maple syrup sauce. All prepped on the grill. It were tasty.

  21. Reporting back on the Father's bacon. I ordered the hickory smoked and the smoke aroma is very strong but not overpowering when eating it. It has a wonderful smoky flavour. It is however way too salty for both of us. When eating it alone with eggs the salt was overpowering. However, in a bacon sarnie, the salt is offset by the HP sauce and it was quite enjoyable. We plan to soak the bacon prior to frying the next time we want to eat it solo to remove some of the excess salt. Overall, good bacon, just be prepared for the salt if that is not your thing.
