Which Cooking Are You?
We have Lodge and Sur La Table enameled Dutch ovens and love them. I believe one is an 6 qt. and the other a 5 qt whose lid also doubles as a gratin pan. We do so much cooking with cast iron now that I'm not sure how we ever did without it.

We saw Tedeschi Trucks last year in Chicago and we were blown away. Derek Trucks is the spirit brother of Duane Allman as far as I'm concerned, and Susan did some astounding guitar work too. Glad you guys got to see them.

Cookware - questions, comments and information about cookware
I agree. We are using mostly cast iron - two plain cast iron skillets and two enameled cast iron dutch ovens. As mentioned above, the heat dispersion is excellent and they go from stovetop to oven with no problem. And cleanup is easier than I ever expected it to be.
