Sous vide scrambled eggs, bacon and rye toast. Eggs were cooked 20 minutes @ 167 F.

Yep. We did boneless breasts the other night with a light sear after using the propane torch and it was so moist with just a touch of crunch outside.

36 hour flank steak with chimichuri sauce and a wonderful corn and bean salad whipped up by Debbie. The steak was as tender as filet and with sherry vinegar the salad was great.

Put a flank steak in a 129 F water bath this morning. Letting it go 36 hours for dinner tomorrow night.

Agreed. But it still looks like the Sharks wheels have come off tonight. I will cheer for them in game 7. Fuck there's been some intense hockey so far in these playoffs.
