A few months ago, Gene sent me some beer. One of those was a beer brewed by Matt. He told me to drink it at an appropriate time. With Jacob here I figured it was time. We miss you Matt. Cheers.
Eventually I'd like a chamber vacuum sealer. Dusty, with a chamber the entire bag goes in a vacuum chamber so pressure is equal on all sides thus no liquid movement. But they are expensive.
This one. It does very well unless you have liquid in the bag - it tends to suck it into the unit. You can keep that from happening by manually stopping the vacuum when the liquid gets close to the inlet. Not as complete a vacuum job, but it has worked for us. So far we really like it.
LOL
Brent, don't fuck with that shit. It'll kill ya.
Are pinata's a thing at Mexican funerals? Cuz that would be cool.
Seriously, get checked out or we will kick your ass. And be sad.
Chili on corn bread waffles with finely shredded cheddar, over easy egg and fresh pico de gallo. It were delish.
Oh, almost forgot - a glass of Bully from the Wine Dude. No suckage here.
Grilled shrimp that were marinated in fresh lime juice and olive oil, then dusted with chili powder. Accompanied by gazpacho made from scratch. A nice Riesling and some crusty bread rounded things out quite nicely.
Brindle girls are slightly evil, devious and yet the absolute most lovable. My condolences. I will never forget my brindle girl Gypsy, and Neko I'm sure will remain in your hearts forever.
