The best part of the entire weekend was meeting and hanging with all of these wonderful people. I listened to some gear but mostly the time was spent chatting with all of the people whose names I knew from Head-Case but had not met. Everyone I met was gracious and friendly, despite their reputations here.
So I would definitely suggest you go to a major gathering as these folks truly are the best.
Except Reks. He's an (Just kidding Jacob. You know I love you. But not in an swt61 way...)
Wait a minute.... I loaned my car so a queer could get cheeseburgers?????
Seriously Fitz, I'm proud to have met you and it's very cool you can do this. Those cheeseburgers tasted great at the time, but now they are even better. You're a hell of a guy.

Steve, I made a good friend when I met you this weekend. Not a good gay friend or a good straight friend or a good white friend or whatever. A good friend. That's my take on the matter.

I think you mean Munster, IN. If you go to Muncie I can't guarantee the beer supply.
I might be in that vicinity around Noon. If you see a fat bald guy in a King Crimson "Red" tshirt in FFF, it's me.
Just had the Big Easy Scramble at Over Easy in Chicago. Andouille sausage, peppers, havarti cheese and eggs of course. Washed down with Julius Meinl coffee. A great start to the weekend.

Sorry to hear that Al. Hope everything on the home front works out for you and if nothing else I'll see you in Michigan next year.

I've only been there once so far but it is an excellent time. Their grading is very good and prices were excellent. If you do get the chance, stop in. They have three locations I believe.
They did a lot of stuff from Metal Box and Religion and Public Image from the first album. As old as John and the rest of the band are, and regardless of the PiL for hire talk, they did an awesome 2.5 hour set.
