Just plain Optix, I am guessing it is similar to the Aqua. They are the most breathable lens I've tried. I usually buy a years supply at a time so they are probably a discontinued name/model. I had Bio**** something or another that were meant to be worn continuously for 2 weeks. They were not great.

I went through 4 or 5 brands and in the end settled on Ciba Vision Optix (2 week disposable). Been happy with them for a few years.

I guess I never saw it as an SR-007A replacement. It is hard to say since the Omega line has so few models whether Stax will replace or add the new Omega to the lineup.

My prediction for the new Omega price- Japan $3500 plus or minus couple hundred, USA around $4500. USD is pretty weak and I don't see it improving in a couple of weeks so the Japan price could be higher...
