The owner of Sound Lab is a very nice guy. Was willing to set up an audition for the Majestic 945 with a private owner even though I told him I couldn't purchase them in the immediate future.

I've heard very few speakers that have the resolution of the Stax I suspect the ones that do are in the $15000+ price point.

I'll break it down why the DT880 is a piece of shit: -awful shrill piercing highs -terrible midrange, unnatural and cold. Horrible midrange timbre -bass light with poor extension At least with the D2000 it's more of a Grado PS-1-ish sort of presentation where the bass is overpowering but the rest of the headphone isn't so terrible. Moot point since the Omega 2 crushes both of them.

The TDA shot is yummy. Nice and in focus too

Since the diaphragm holds a charge I've always tried to store them in as close to dust free environment as possible. So I put them away in a box or a case.

Sounds good.

Damnit Haj Anyway sorry about that Jacob, I didn't realize they're five bills new. I don't think I can afford this one.

There are two versions of the Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 being released in the US. One is a limited edition (I believe 10000 are being made) in gunmetal finish with gunmetal controller and MGS4 limited edition. This is the 80 GB hardrive version. $600 from Konami. The other is the 40 GB version in standard finish with MGS4, that is $500. I don't think the 40 GB versions have backwards compatibility though?
