The trouble with DC switching is breaking the arc when the switch is opening. With AC, the voltage drops to zero 100 times a second at 50Hz, or 120 times a second at 60Hz. so the contact gap doesn't need to be as large as a DC switch rated at the same voltage.

Nope, you did the right thing, and got the YGGY..........

Can the victim sue the battery manufacturer for assault and battery...?

I had the Tyll version of the Anax mod. I changed to the Super Dupont mod to see what the difference was. Not going back. These are keepers.

Or, perhaps, a state of the ego.......

Some of the mods make the sound rather gibbous, but I find the super dupont mod makes them sonically commensurate, homogenous and coterminous.

Nice build... Good to see the normal bias socket......

I wonder how long it will take for the chassis design to invade the Chinese clone sites.......

Jim, http://www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown/what-is-a-neutrino-and-why-should-anyone-but-a-particle-physicist-care/ Particle physicists originally believed that neutrinos were massless. But in the 1990s, a team of Japanese scientists discovered that they actually have a smidgen of mass. This tiny bit of mass may explain why the universe is made up of matter, not antimatter. http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/Particles/neutrino.html This elusive particle, with no charge and almost no mass, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neutrino The neutrino is so named because it is electrically neutral and because its rest mass is so small (-ino) that it was originally thought to be zero. Mass ≤ 0.120 eV/c2 (95% confidence level, sum of 3 flavors)[1] http://particleadventure.org/neutrinos.html Because neutrinos were produced in great abundance in the early universe and rarely interact with matter, there are a lot of them in the Universe. Their tiny mass but huge numbers may contribute to total mass of the universe and affect its expansion. There are about 100,000 of them passing through every square centimeter of the earth every second. If you had a bar of lead 1 light year long and fired 2 neutrinos down the centre, one would pass through and the other would have a 50% chance of passing through. Hope this helps...... btw, just recently some scientists believe that they have discovered a fourth flavour of neutrino. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/11/101102185722.htm

Which is far betterer than rotten slimey deceitful skullduggery and outright dishonesty. These are the type that when asked to break a nine dollar note don't even blink an eye...... Then pull out their wallet and exchange it for 3 three dollar notes......

I had considered neutrinos. They give the ultimate in sound transparency. But, being vitrually massless, bass reproduction suffers considerably.......

OK, dudes time for a reality check... as in, go big or go home....... Forget your Sennheiser HE-1 and Hifiman electrostatic wimps. Only circa US$50k...... bus fare territory...... The new kid on the block is the uber special Focal Utopia Tournaire Edition..... I mean, only US$120,000..!!! What's not to like..?? Even the headphone stand is only a paltry US$12,000 for this artistic marvel... Roll up, roll up, one and all... Sign on the dotted line.. Don't delay - or you will miss out... http://www.pocket-lint.com/review/139921-focal-utopia-by-tournaire-preview-yes-these-really-are-a-120-000-pair-of-headphones
