It sounds like you are looking for an active voltage regulator. I'm not immediately aware of any DIY solutions. But a few years back I got recommended an AVR by Perma Power and does exactly what you're looking for. Nice and cheap for a used one if you look around.

The other weekend I made DOUBLE Bacon Vodka Sauce. I put freshly fried bacon in it but also used what little I had left of my Bakon vodka in the sauce too. It tasted as good as it sounds.

3 of my friends and I achieved "regular" status at a local bar by finishing 400 beers between the 4 of us in 50 days. We have 20 oz glasses with our names engraved on them as proof. I also got PRK last week, officially glasses-free.
