Can anyone comment on the Duet compared to the DAC1 or DA-10?

If I build my own, could I just use Mogami and the appropriate connectors? Or is there a better way to go? Also, is it much different than building an IC?

Long story short. We moved. Speaker cables got hosed. Now need new ones. Please recommend decent, solid construction easily available and reasonably priced. Thanks.

I like this idea, but as lazy as it sounds, the French press just doesn't work for me during the week. Getting out of the house with The Little Monkey is hard enough as it is that I need to be able to just throw a switch. However, you've reminded me that I should be using the press every weekend.

Is it possible to send vintage Stax to be "refurbished"?

I know that java-fi will probably have my head, but I need a good auto coffee maker for the morning. Yes, I have a French press, but I just don't have the time in the morning most days. So, here's what I need: a reliable coffee maker with a timer that makes good joe. Flavor over looks and not too expensive. Help me.

With the 007t, I think the DAC1 actually makes a decent combination. The 007t is not an aggressive amp and I think the DAC1 gives it a little punch. That said, I would like a better source.

The last Cary/O2 combo I heard was just awful.
