The 307a is my favorite amp of all time - I hogged it for 2 hours at the Dallas meet, and the Tango/James iron is just yummy. I may yet just stop building amps and buy one - everything else seems like a waste, though I did just score $700 in Lundahl iron to see if I can get close. If not, well, I know where the end of the road is.

I just can't do this as I am building a trafo coupled amp with 5 Lundahl trafos.... but, I do have 3000' of 1kv 16878/1 in 4 colors I would gladly share. Besides, there is this electrostat to finish, and cases to make... this doesn't even have _any_ tubes - wtf?

One thing really needed is a central ramrod - which I would NOT be able to do (look at my builds as proof) - but, someone will need to direct the traffic. Tkam, can we pare the packing pics - just helps load before cached... though, the empty liquor bottles do help set the stage.

Not necessarily - this has not been my experience at all. I will buy 950 (and amp them at 620v) long before I'd consider an HE product, and that has nada to do with the reliebility issues.

2sc3381 - there are apparently 2 versions (7 legged, which I need, 3 legged which I do not, but got 50 for my trouble), and once found and paid, actually getting them. Have 3 payments out with vendors, and no parts to show for any... some since November. You'd thunk I'd ordered from Singlepower. Yes, I know BDent, etc, but lots of others claim stock... until you actually expect delivery. Now i did luck into a couple of 2sk389, just for the old BH, though LSK is for the new kid.

For starters, I think everyone owed an amp from Mikhail, having waited over some reasonable period, SHOULD mail a complaint to the Colorado AG, like, you know, on the same day? For maximum effect, that could be drafted by an attorney in Colorado, and shared amongst all in similar straits. At least it would uncover one less place for the roach to hide.
