As far as I can tell they are working and being sent out.

How is it? I've DVR'd the first few episodes but haven't watched them yet.

Jay-Z now owns Tidal.

Good luck to those of you in the blizzards path, we were spared only had 3-5" in the Pittsburgh area today.

I've had the HD-800's for about a week now, what I appreciate the most so far is how little of their own sound signature there really is. They have this wonderful ability to change almost completely depending on the music I'm listening to, only one other phone is better at that, the SR-009's. It's nice to able to just listen to music without thinking about or noticing the sound signature that the phones are applying to everything I listen to. The HD-800's are supremely comfy phones, their light weight really matters for long listening sessions. Build quality is top notch, hardly anyone in the headphone industry (except maybe Oppo) is even close to this type of build quality. I don't know if other companies don't give a shit (well Grado clearly doesn't) or aren't capable of this level of build quality.

Yeah, I understand they are trying to make things look better, and I *think* they've been successful there, but it's been at the expense of usability and has really cut down on number of posts you can see on screen at once. The next version of the forum software is supposed to have a better default mobile theme - so I may ditch Tapatalk then. We'll see.

I was going to recommend the Gigabyte Brix series of mini-PC's but I don't think any of them support 3.5" drives. 2.5" drives only. Also I agree with the new Dell XPS 13" recommendation, looks absolutely killer. If I didn't already have a Surface Pro 3 I'd be getting one.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!

Should be working again now.

Love my Casper, I get much better and more sleep than I did on my old mattress which was one of those enormous ones with the huge pillowtop's. The Casper provides good support, I don't get hot, I don't completely sink into it and it's properly soft (as in not mushy soft, just very comfortable). If you want a firm to very firm mattress the Casper is not for you. It's absolutely on the soft side of things.

Shelly, speedtest.comcast.net and speedtest.verizon.com are both ad free for the most part.

Switched our office from Comcast's 100/20 server to Verizon FiOS 150/150. The Verizon is a little bit cheaper as well.

Not the cheapest stands around but the stuff from Timber Nation is very good. Very happy with my stands from there - they were $220 shipped. Built to your size: http://timbernation.com/speakerstand.cfm

I think the HA-1 as a dac only is just as good if not a touch better than the Schiit Bifrost.
-
Most of my experience is using the HA-1 as a dac and headamp but I think it's dac section is excellent, also remember you can connect an ipad/iphone to it directly and it also supports bluetooth.

The breeder I bought Jax from sent an e-mail out this morning, they have one kitten left from their most recent litter: I don't need a second cat, I don't need a second cat.......

I kinda want to buy a GS-1 or M3 now.

I bought a Casper mattress, very happy with it so far.

It's not the cheapest option available but Squarespace would work for you and be very easy to use.

Linux Mint is nice, I'm running the latest version on my desktop at work. I'm using the version with the "Cinnamon" desktop.

Starting at $350 - iPhone required. So as expected it's a phone accessory. Outside of the payment stuff, I saw nothing interesting that Android Wear can't do. I'm clearly not the market for this sort of thing so I'll bow out of this thread now.
