  1. The screens weren't used much for cameras. They are used for visual effects, mostly. It wasn't bad for a DJ, since its basically a club atmosphere. That said, the staff had no fucking idea what was going on. Each person would have a different story. First it was: buy a bottle to get a private booth in VIP. So we go talk to the dude we need to talk to to get a bottle of Moet. He says, no you need two bottles. We arrange for two bottles, another guy says no you need $1k. We like fuck that, and we go stand right on the edge of the balcony, with a great view of Tiesto. All's well that ends well
  2. Happy Birthday. *rubs your belly*
  3. Heh. Don't get me wrong, Java has its place: in the trash can. Nah, its great for portability and web apps. I'm just not a fan of a high level paradigm. Yeah Real time with Java would be fun Not that the VM would even fit in any of the e^2 on our chips.
  4. Hey nate, might you let me in on how you solved the issue? I may want to remake a certain cable
  5. I have a hatred for java so im biased Give me DMA dammit. I program Forth and Assembler. Low level stuff for embeded applications.
  6. On Friday night... TIESTO I'll probably write about it more tomorrow.. but for now I'll just post the crappy Treo pics. A view of the lower floor from VIP It was a great time
  7. Too bad java sucks Posty, you should find a way to get paid for posting here. How about a post-a-thon?

  10. The Mariott in Brooklyn Heights/Downtown.
  11. We shall see how it compares to Pepe's
  12. Not nearly as powerful as the Z.
  13. Today I got up, showered, ate a corn muffin, and drove my dad to work. This was then followed by attending my own place of employment. I will leave here at 1130, drive back to my hometown and get all my hairs cut. Then... drive to New Haven to catch a 233 train to NYC. ETA @ grand central: 415. Then a 20 minute subway ride to Brooklyn will bring me to the Marriott, right next to my previous place of employment. A stop off for a baquette (to store for tomorrow), and then heading out to Lombardi's for pizza. Kill soem time, and we enter Webster hall around 10pm. VIP tickets get us up close and personal with the man himself, TIESTO
  14. I miss the days of math classes. Why? I don't know, but for some odd reason I really liked Diff Equ.
  15. I get a similar buzz reading postjack's posts
  16. Plus I know paint guys my entire respray will cost me about $50 Which is another reason I don't mind having a full fairing bike (until I kill a fairing, then I'll eat my words).
  17. I'll take that into consideration. Thanks.
  18. Dropped it in the driveway. Post from another forum: Every morning I start my bike, and let it warm up on our front walk. This morning, for some unknown reason, I decided to put it in the driveway. I got off it, walked away and I heard the crash. The damage? One clutch lever, front turn signal and a few more small scratches to the fairing. That side of the bike's fairing had a bit of rash from the previous owner, so there was no major damage done, since I was going to paint it anyway. Still sucks though. All in all it only cost me $5 more than I was planning on spending, so I guess it was a cheap lesson.
  19. I'm disappointed as well.
  20. Clutch lever, clear turn signals
  21. Don't tempt me.
  22. I could always measure up my Kef iQ3 for you If that is too big, the iQ1 should fit great.
  23. You bastards make me want to buy stats. Good thing I know better
