  3. I just got word that Mikhail is likely coming!
  4. white mountain yogurt
  5. enlighten me since you are the expert.
  6. what if the system doesn't have a sub? yes, the load. yup, based on my research 1K is near ideal and much better than the others you mentioned. this fleshes out with my ear too. I treat the DL100 as a MC. moving coil cartridges are said to be less susceptible to capacitive so i am currently not using it.
  7. i love homemade waffles and yours sound awfully delicious. right now i am eating half an egg salad sandwich.
  8. homemade waffles?
  9. gain on med with L3000s (headphones) and med/high with speakers (cicadas) -- subsonic off -- capacitance does matter for MC (not for MM) the DL110 is ideal at 1K.
  10. will you make CanJam '09?
  11. that's a good question, hell if i know whose the most recent. it could be me or he's already onto another...
  12. obviously, you aren't investing for the long term.
  13. no shit but we are taking about the entire US stock market -- not a specific individual holding.
  14. don't put all your eggs in one basket -- diversification. without risk there is no reward.
  15. i am breaking down... i've been wanting ramen for weeks and finally broke and got a bowl over the weekend, but got the smallest size. and the burgers, i've been wanting a double-double from in-n-out, cheese burger from five guys, or a the father's office burger... tonight i am weak -- father's office burger is mine!
  16. of course, do your homework first, but historically the market always rebounds.
  17. i love the fear mongering, not to say things aren't fucked right now, but everyone must realize this is a great buying opportunity.
  18. yeah, but you wind up selling everything
  19. I suspect you had more than 2720 calories yesterday. There are 3500 calories per pound of body fat. In order to lose a pound, you need to cut 3500 calories or burn them by working out. Additionally, you had over 110 grams of fat or about 5 ounces nearly half a can of soda. you should think about eating healthier and at minimum keep your daily calories under 2000, if not 1750.

  23. awesome Greg
  24. i am drawn to this thread, it's magnetic, and feeling the static gives me a charge. How long will it last? One can reasonably expect on the order of 10,000 such "squeeze cycles" during the lifetime of a Zerostat 3 unit, although the typical Zerostat 3 will last much longer, sometimes as long as up to 50,000 trigger squeezes. The Zerostat 3 needs no batteries or electrical supply nor does it contain any radioactive components. if you have an older one it might not last as long or offer the same number of effective squeezes.
