That's one beautiful looking table!

About a month ago I had the chance to go see the Australian Pink Floyd concert. I've never seen the original Pink Floyd but this Australian band kicked some major buteeeee. Great lightshow, had a kangaroo walking around his living room turning on his stereo and reaching into his shelving unit to pick out certain Pink Floyd albums and then he would put them on his turntable and the band would play that side of the album. It was really very cute animation. The band was marvelous. About a month before that we had a chance to go see Tracy Chapman in a little club venue called the Park West here in Chicago. I had really high expectations for this as I love her albums. Tracy did not dissapoint. She exceeded all expectations. What was really special though was her personality. Just a lovely demeanor and her joyful Spirit shined while interacting with the audience. It was just delightful.Beautiful voice,great musician, love her dreads. I'm sure many after meeting her would just say she is one cool person.She seemed very at peace with herself. Highly recommend seeing her if you get a chance. Ifyour lucky enough to see both groups , you have just won the perfecta.

I'm sorry for my tone, really, I was hoping to have people excited about our DAC and when I came home last night I was a little taken back by what I thought was criticism. I reread Morph's comments and I was out of line. So Morph, please accept my apology, it is sincere. Business has been stressing and you can probably tell my mood last night was one not of sober mind. You could try building one with all the options you want. It probably wouldn't cost you much,consider what you want for your time,parts,testing,tweaking it to exactly your standards that you are holding others too. Maybe you could bring it in at what? I'm guessing $1500 maybe, now maybe you want to build a dozen extra ones for other folks that love music and who just want a really nice state of the art DAC.A dozen it is! Oooohh, should I try and make a $100 on each unit I sell? I'll try it,$1600 it is. Please. Being just folks that love music like you all, we just thought it would be nice to bring out a really nice tube/SS DAC using the best chip available according to some on the market today To utilize all this chip does was not our goal.I'm not sure it would be for other manufacturers either as to bring a product in that might be affordable for one tenth of 1% of the market is limiting your possibilities. For us,having some input from an aero-space engineer as to get the most out of what we wanted to achieve has been a blessing regarding the power supply and circuits to be used. Hi Guys, I'm a newbee so be gentle. Yes, we are making this DAC but to clarify, the power supply will be robust as we believe it is a must, It will be shielded also from the rest of the DAC . It will have a volume/gain control also.It will also have a toggle switch so you can either bypass the tube output or run it with the tube. Sorry for the waiting time but we have to build them all once we receive all the components, then shipping by boat usually takes 18-21 days and then to clear customs takes another 5-7 days. If you want though we could air ship directly to your door for single units, a little bit more expensive but we can. Anyway, thanks for your consideration.
