Certainly a bad run of luck Al. Graham, it's good to see you posting. I was worried when I went into Fairfax Scoop, because they said they hadn't seen you in three days.

Dated now for sure, but in 1973 it was scary as all hell! Especially when you were watching it in the theater at age 12!

^ Agreed. Stain never looks natural. That technique does.

That Curly Maple is gonna dance with some finish on it.

What does the Homosexual Otters Association have to do with building permits?

So you need to buy your kids hamsters now. It's Woodish, which is a derivative of Elvish.

My PC is starting to fail me, but I'm not sure that I'm even going to replace it. I do 99% of everything on my phone today.

You're reference map of Australia is a bit off. Other than that it looks fantastic! 😛

Condolences Todd. RIP Ann.

Normally I wouldn't glue up hardwoods and softwood together. Sanding it difficult for one thing.

Marc, what's the piece of gear in the background, with the Red LED bars? It reminds me of a surround amp that I had back in the 80's. You could completely control the delay of the two surround speakers. It wasn't as intelligent as the old Yamaha units, but you could get some interesting effects. It was made by NEC, which seemed odd, even then.

Beautiful! Is that going to be an electronic case of some type? BTW, you're in Arkansas, not Louisiana.

Nice looking welds!

Your 18 bf of Wenge is just about worth the $400 that you paid for everything. At the going rate of $19 per bf it's worth $342. 4/4 White Oak is going for about $11.99 per bf. You can make him a good deal and still make good money on it.

Have a spectacular day Marc!

My favorite days at work are when I get to do something a little creative and unusual. This is the boss' new house. This is the back side of the new kitchen peninsula that I built. Will finish the other sections tomorrow. This was a crappy fence the previous homeowner built badly. Now it's kitchen art.
