I'd say shiver me timbers, laddy, and man the mainsail, for there be scurvy dogs on the horizon, arrr, but I've seen what kind of custom title that can lead to. OK, now I get it!
-
Thanks again, I popped out for a bit.

OK cool! I'm still learning things over here. Still not sure what the pirate speak is, but I really do like the freedom over here, and the sarcasm is right up my alley.

Sure, drop me a line anytime. Thanks PFKMan23, I wasn't sure if that'd be kosher from me.

Sorry buddy, I'm straight. It actually depends on the wood I guess. I'm kind of a wood snob, and I don't like to bother with most common woods. Also understand that in a stand like those I make, materials will be the smaller percentage of the final cost, it's the labor that adds up. That being said I'm always willing to discuss it, but PM would be more appropriate. Those are natural occlusions in the Maple Burl. Most woodworkers value them, as opposed to working around them. It's just an aesthetic choice, but I happen to really like them.

The sarcasm is free over here, so it's served up hot and heaping! Oh and you can ask for seconds without having to stand in line again!

Inexpensive, but decent, CD transport with AES/EBU

It's not overly pretty, I'll give you that. Just keep poking around, maybe you'll run into something you like better. The Deltas are relatively easy to come by. -
What did I miss? Someone fill me in, I had to go pee.

In all honesty I think you'd be happy with the Delta. -

No it wasn't that model, but that's "THE" Parasound to get. It's a belt drive, and it is a nice transport. Very few problems with them even today. I believe Parasound still warehouses belts for these. Again it's a top loader though, will that work in your rack? Edit: (just realized it says belt drive in flashing neon letters) -
I went to public school. Alas no impressive uniforms, no tuition fees that equal the average mortgage and no upper crust bragging rights. Somehow in that lowly environment however we managed to learn to spell & read. Even a little math, history and science. Of coarse the caste system dictated that I was to be shackled to a life of labor as a mere carpenter, even though I received a BA degree. Ahms for the poor Gov'nor?

Does anyone else get the feeling that JaGWiRE from the other place has come back to haunt us?

Just pullin' your chain. Your lengthy description of the garment kind of reminded me of the J. Peterman character on Seinfeld.

So many pubescent responses coming into my brain... must resist.

Is this part of your new Spring line coming out?

That'd be some big ass techflex! Can I use some fishnet stalkings and call it techflex?

Maybe I could make special wooden burn in stands. I could make the drivers sit flat against wooden pads, and cut holes in the pads, with a straw mounted between the two. I could call that straw a "cross driver burn in wave guide" or some such nonsensical nomenclature. That should be good for at least $200.00.

Hmmmf, I sell one for $399.00.

The Delta is a nice transport. Don't let the textured blah Black look fool you. The money is put into the SQ, and not flashy trim. -
lol, he was so giddy lol, what with the new TeenBeat coming out and such lol, that he just lol forgot lol.

That will be my next cat. They're so damn ugly they're cool. If they just didn't cost so damn much!

I have a dedicated circuit in my little studio, and I use a TICE Audio MBF-3 power conditioner. Very fitting I thought since Tice is my last name as well.

I know it well, nice snag buddy!
