  2. I bought these shoes to wear to MOA II, over 10 years ago. Never had the occasion to wear them there, or at any other time. I new they were waiting for just the right outfit!
  3. Met a new neighbor... Dude was huge. 5" or so.
  4. Dinny, you have not aged well.
  5. Still got nothin'.
  6. Aren't you worried about being haunted by exotic trees?
  7. I got nothin'.
  8. How do I master these techniques?
  9. Sexy! If you really want to learn about vinyl spinners though, I should introduce you to the guy that basically designed the Colossus. Oh wait.... Nevermind. 😋
  10. Needs more bacon!
  11. Is that British food or prison food? Did you make Joanne mad?
  12. Ira Einhorn, is that you?
  13. About two weeks ago I finished up a job (I'm now on a new job). The homeowner Chris always had a nice plaid shirt on. We got to talking about plaid collections. Although mine was much bigger, he had all Pendleton wool plaid shirts. Very nice plaid shirts, for those not in the know. Today my boss met with Chris and his wife. Pretty much a final meeting. Chris asked him to give me a box. This was the box... Pendleton has many styles. My favorite being the "Board" edition. It's a casual style, not too western looking. And made to be worn untucked. A beautiful Board edition! These are in the $150 neighborhood. I love my job!
  14. To elaborate I was standing on the chair, using it as a ladder. The seat caved in under me. But still pretty stupid.
  15. I once fell off of a chair and my hand came down on a stagnant chain saw that was setting on the floor. It made a 1/2" cut in my hand, not too deep. It did however leave a small but noticeable scar. When showing that scar, I refer to it as my "chainsaw accident". You can now show your scar and refer to it as your "shaving accident".
  16. I can usually judge my day by how many batteries I need to pull from the box. Today is a busy day.
  17. You're going to have to move it into your kitchen. It's too nice to work on. The dogs will help you set the dinner plates the right spacing apart.
  18. Yep, Golden Gate Park. Funny thing about Suzy... She's been walking in circles for a while now. She just keeps going over the same area over and over, and at somewhere other than home she will do it for hours. Even at familiar places like Al's house. She'll do it until she's so tired She'll just drop. At home She'll do it as well, but just for shorter bursts of time. Then she'll jump on the couch next to me and nap. Today, before heading to GG Park, we bought her a new harness, because her old one is way too big now. And as soon as we got to the sight of the game, she started doing circles. But today she did circles around the young children of my co-workers. She used to be afraid of young kids, but today she not only circled them, which they thought was funny and great, but she actually sought out their attention. She let all of them walk her around on her leash, even to the point where she couldn't see me anymore. That would have been unheard of just a few months ago. It's really funny how the brain works, or changes. At 14 years old she's completely different than the dog I knew so well. Still as sweet and bonded to me as ever, but discovering new sides of herself. It's a journey we're both opening ourselves up to.
  19. Had a company soccer match/B-B-Q. We played against the plumbers. Had company jerseys and all. Great fun. I cheered from the sidelines with Suzy helping to motivate. Suzy had a well deserved nap on the way home.
  20. That's it exactly. You need to buff off all of the excess after how ever many minutes stated on the label. Al uses a buffing pad on his Festool orbital sander. That works nicely.
  21. Next year you'll officially be an old dude. Live it up this year! Have a great day Doug! Do something fun today!
  22. Applying oil can be a difficult thing.
  23. And what is wrong with that?
  24. From what you have there, Tried & True, not even an option in my mind.
