Gee, maybe that might have something to do with Russia being over 700 miles away from Anchorage. What is that moron doing in Alaska anyway? Shouldn't he be home screwing up California?

Not sure anyone here is still using one. Aside from the transport issue, it's a decent cd spinner IMO. I like it better than the Cambridge 840 C.

My people are generally cordial. We don't claim Richard Simmons though!

When I was in college at UNLV, I worked at an Italian restaurant with a very good reputation. It was called the Venetian, but that was well before the Venetian hotel was built ('80-'81). Frank Sinatra and entourage were there most Thursday evenings. This was when Frank was on the board at Ceaser's Palace. He was the biggest asshole I've ever had to deal with, and I hated waiting on him. He treated staff like they were peasants at his beck and call. I made it a point to be pleasant, but just enough to avoid problems. I also waited on Waylon Flowers regularly (Madam the puppet's controller from Hollywood Squares). He was a blast! He actually helped me to become open about my sexuallity, and was the first person I ever came out to. His boyfriend was just as much fun, and they always left me a C note. I waited on Sally Fields in Brownsville, Texas (just before I transfered to UNLV) twice, while she was making the movie 'Backroads' with Tommy Lee Jones. She was an absolute sweetheart, and quite down to earth.

Al I hope the Dr. can sort out your wrist. I know how that can hurt. I've done the exact same thing on a few occasions, then bought a bigger drill with an optional side grip. But I had a strong wrist to begin with (don't ask), so keep us posted on the medical opinion. And if all else fails to ease the pain, there's always Red Vodka.

Very nice Mike! You have some good craftsmen on the job.

For those concerned about the headband pad, I wonder if an inquirey to J Money might bear fruit. After all he makes the earpads, I don't see why he couldn't design an aftermarket leather headband.

I actually think I preferred grilling in the winter in AK. I damned sure prefer it down here. Standing over a hot grill in 100 degree weather just has a way of zapping my appetite.

Man I loves me some Nicaraguan food! Think you could FedEx me some overnight? Have a great time!

Sorry. I assumed the Makita would come with an accessory pack, as most compressors do. I'd imagine that a brad nailer would be about as heavy a tool as Marc would require, though I may be wrong. I don't forsee Marc using a framing gun though, and that may be a good thing.

It will come with an accessory pack with everything you'll likely need.

If your budget is just a bit flexible, this would be my first choice, and will last you a long time (provided you drain the water at least once a month)... Amazon.com: Makita MAC700 Big Bore 2.0 HP Air Compressor: Power & Hand Tools If $150.00 is your max... Amazon.com: FACTORY RECONDITIONED CAP2000P-OF - 6-Gallon 2.0 Peak HP Oil-Free Compressor: Power & Hand Tools I wouldn't shy away from factory reconditioned here.

It's official! I am not a nerd! I understood maybe 1/30th of that. The keyboardist had epic eyebrows though.

Wow! That's a pretty complicated routine for a dog to memorise. I'm impressed!

I was too today. It was hotter than hell. However I have a lot more ass to lose than you.

Susie feels very welcome at Head-Case thanks to all of you. You can't tell from the pic, but she has really long legs, a narrow, deep chest and lots of spots (mostly under her coat), so I'm really wondering if she might be part Whippet or Greyhound. She has the sweetest disposition of any dog I've had. She wants to lay her head on my arm at all times, and she loves to get under the covers to sleep. She stayed in one position all night and slept great, especially considering it was a new environment.

I found a new buddy! I thought I would wait a while, but my friends had other ideas. Today I thought I was going to see a movie with friends. When we passed the theater I asked where we were heading, and was told "you'll see". Well a few minutes later we arrived at the animal shelter. She caught my eye immediately, because no one was giving her any attention (there were tons of puppies getting loads of attention). She seemed so sweet and so easy going. I found out that she's about a year old, a terrier mix and she's not a barker. In that way that animals know things, she knows I chose her, and saved her from a possible bad situation. She is very mello, and very much a lap dog. She's got the sweetest disposition, and we're both enamored with each other. Meet Susie...

Sorry to hear that Vicki. Uhm, where in the hell are you supposed to lose 30 lbs. from? You absolutely, no way look like you have half of that in excess weight.
-
I do that all the time, especially with penis and vagina. It can get pretty embarrassing at times.

No, David loaned you their new SMK-III Digital Audio Decooer.

Well when I remodeled my own bathroom last I didn't feel like moving the toilet drain, so I got an estimate from a local plumber. $3000.00 to move it 2' away. I decided I could manage after all, and had it done in half a day for the cost of a jackhammer rental, bag of concrete and PVC pieces. Well under $100.00 IIRC. I went with a Kohler mainly because I love that they use a 3 bolt system to secure their tanks, instead of the standard 2.
