  1. My Ridgid job site radio has an enclosed dock for my iPod, and that is generally played on shuffle (about 450 CDs). That works well for the most part, but I do get the inevitable funny looks when Donna Summer or Babs slip in unannounced.
  2. Well I doubt that Bill will mind. During his Presidency I got the distinct feeling that their marriage was loveless.
  3. Oooh! Satin Red sounds nice!
  4. How do diamond tuck and roll and curb feelers look on a macbook pro?
  5. Sgt. Salt?

Why don't Cowboys get circumcized? They need a place to keep their snuff dry when they're showering.
  7. He uses Grado cups.
  8. 2.1...Quad 12L actives + Emotiva Ultra Sub 12 FTW!
  9. Back to CDs of coarse. I also feel like I get more out of my music time when I spin an entire CD, instead of bouncing around my music files.
  10. Congrat!

^ Yeah, that isolation comment threw me too?
  12. The only bars I have much experience with are chocolate. I look at the soundbar as the next step up from internal TV speakers, but the cost seems to be beyond that level in most cases.
  13. Numbs, can you better explain what an SSD is and does for me? I've toyed with the idea of computer as source, and have most of my CD collection ripped, but beyond that I have no idea about the journey.
  14. X3. Sounds pretty good to me.
  15. Damn Reks, sorry to hear it. Crossing fingers that you get more comfortable soon!
  16. Happy Birthday!
  17. Dude, that's pretty remedial stuff.
  18. Congrat Bryan!
  19. ^ I thought good spirits were what started all this? Glad to hear the surgery went well!
  20. Reks that just sucks! I hope the surgery goes without a hitch. And in the holiday season of all of the times to be gimp.
  21. Thanks to all of you. It always makes me feel better venting to you guys and gals when something sad happens. We had many, many great times together. He and my Grandmother would come to Alaska almost every other summer, for the whole summer. I also was fortunate enough to live with them while I attended my first two years of college. And I'm thankful that I moved to Texas, and was able to spend more time with them. He will be interned in the same vault as my Grandmother, and I know he was looking forward to that, as they were married for 67 years before her death in 2003, and he missed her terribly. He walked to Texas after his family lost their Oklahoma farm in the dust bowl. He was 18 then, and fell in love with Texas from the start. He did not get far in school, but was a very savvy guy who was incredibly mechanically inclined. He kept the fruit packing equipment running all over the Rio Grande Valley, then later sold packing equipment all over Texas. He was also a well respected volunteer fireman, and later became the top man in the Rio Grande Valley's division of the Texas Highway Department, where he retired in 1984. He is survived and loved by three children, nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
  22. Had to leave Marc's house earlier than planned after getting the news that my Grandfather passed away this morning. I knew it was coming, but it's still a downer. He had 92 good years though, and was the best Grandfather a guy could ever hope to have.
  23. Have fun guys and gals! Wish I could be there.
  24. Many seem to be just fine passing me up.
