I've had very few episodes with noisy babies at movie theaters, and the few that did happen usually were quickly ushered out by Mom or Dad. I'm constantly annoyed by folks old enough to know how to act, but lacking any concern for others. I'm not one to sit quietly however, and will call them on their shit.

I for one am glad to see that the popularity of a President that hasn't been given much of a chance to succeed, is ending on a very high note. I'm also very happy to see his very large numbers of commutations of low level, no violent criminals, who were IMO unjustly sentenced to ridiculous terms. I'll be sad to see him leave office, as I will the most elegant, benevolent First Lady of my lifetime. Happy Birthday Sir!

I bought kd lang - Angel With a Lariat, back in '85. I have been a huge fan since then. No one should feel bad about being upstaged by Miss Lang IMO. Pipes like that just don't come along that often. No, she puts out Ingenue, a jazz album that eclipses even her Owen Bradley produced Shadowland (still a favorite of mine).
