  5. I think those hinges look just right. I wouldn't go bigger. Looks great. Have you figured out why they call it Zebrawood? Because it smells like a herd of Zebras pissed on it when you cut it.
  6. Looks great!
  7. Are they everything you dreamed of?
  8. I would just glue and clamp, no nails.

  14. Yeah, definitely only with a bit that has a bearing. Also, you have a guide pin on the router plate. That helps to stabilize the work piece. Not boring at all Naaman. Nice!

Mrs. Carlisle was the pianist on the original 'To Tell the Truth'.
  16. I love Dire Straits, and I'm not an old Dad. Just old. My very first construction job was with BLM in Anchorage circa 1979. I was building small warehouses for them, making $15 an hour, and Sultans of Swing was new on the radio. Life was good!

    Finished. Damned good show!
  23. ^ You don't just acknowledge that you're spinning vinyl, you tell us what vinyl you're spinning!
  24. SVS and REL are the top dogs these days.
  25. The Zu is a kickback IMO. It's reminiscent of popular speakers of the 70's. If you like that 'in your face' presentation, then you might also like vintage Cerwin Vega, JBL, Panasonic Thrusters etc... Albeit the Zu is a jump in quality over the aforementioned brands. Still, you can get pretty close for a fraction of the price of the Zu's. Not sure where you're going to find a grouping of those vintage brands to audition though.
