  1. So openings for the displays will be cut into the top panel? Or will it be some type of mesh/expanded metal?
  2. Understood, and I saw those. My point is, the kitchen Al and I just finished had a floor that varied around an inch in 20'. And that's not unusual.
  3. It really only works well when you've taken the time to level your floor as well as Doug has. He was smart in taking the time and effort to do that.
  4. If you're serious I'd be happy to pay shipping and give you a little for your trouble. I can use it for framing/deck projects that aren't critical.
  5. They were sending a message to your cat.
  6. The web is showing that Connecticut Plywood Inc. in West Hartford is carrying Appleply.
  7. Apple core plywood is a good alternative, if you can find it. It's the American version of BB, and comes in 4' x 8' sheets, instead of 5' x 5'.
  8. That's what normal people eat Brent!

I see what you did there!😉
  10. The prices on Baltic Birch plywood are very regional. I was paying $50 a sheet in Alaska in the mid 90's. It's still going for around $20 a sheet in South Texas. Here in the bay area it ranges from around $60 - $90.
  11. It'll perform well for the price point. I was pleasantly surprised how well my countertop jointer performed.
  12. Just send it West. I'll road test it.
  13. A bagel with tomato, cucumber, sprouts, red onion, cream cheese and avocado, from the Fairfax Roastery.

When I was younger I had a job in a juice factory. But I got fired, because I couldn't concentrate.
  15. I thought it was a good headphone back then, but way overpriced. I'm still of the opinion that it's price point should be around $600.
  16. Happy Birthday!
  17. Just be aware that Brent had several biscuits last night.
  18. That is awesome Jim!

B&O stuff always looks great. Performance is another thing, but looks are top notch.
  20. Nice juxtaposition shots Al. I'm always a bit surprised at what we started with. It's funny how fast you can put something out of your mind. Marc, that trimless look is all the rage now in San Francisco. I like the clean, simplicity of it. It's more work than conventional trim, but worth it in a modern setting IMO. The best part of this job was doing it with Milo. I'm still flabbergasted at how quickly he picks things up. And his design sense is impeccable. It's not really work when you're having fun, except grouting!
  21. You need to hire a couple of 18-20 year olds to do the tedious work. Then hire me to oversee the twinks... I mean crew.
  22. I missed all of you mucho, and Brent a little bit, but he's down here ATM anyway.
  23. Also, got my Fitzcraft SSiPod and cables just before the meltdown, but didn't post quick enough. So freakin' awesome!
  24. As for me, Milo and I finished our kitchen remodel April 13th.
