  1. Last night I ate Detroit style pizza and plan to do it again soon.

    The Serpent

An international crime drama, based on a true story, most of which takes place in the 70's. 8 episodes on Netflix and definitely worth the watch IMO.

    Condor

Still liking this after 9 episodes.
  4. NP-1 Is a more flexible type of construction adhesive. It's as flexible as silicone, but with the holding power of liquid nails.
  5. Doug sistered his floor joists as well. The 4 x 4 posts will certainly strengthen it a lot.
  6. Wow. Pretty crazy stuff.
  7. BTW, those cabinets will easily last 100 years. And will only get better looking with age and use. If some future owner were to ever replace them, it'd be a damn shame. I'd take them with me if you ever move! Consider yourself employed for several years if I ever win the lottery!
  8. I have a feeling Doug's tolerances are closer than that.
  9. So openings for the displays will be cut into the top panel? Or will it be some type of mesh/expanded metal?
  10. Understood, and I saw those. My point is, the kitchen Al and I just finished had a floor that varied around an inch in 20'. And that's not unusual.
  11. It really only works well when you've taken the time to level your floor as well as Doug has. He was smart in taking the time and effort to do that.
  12. If you're serious I'd be happy to pay shipping and give you a little for your trouble. I can use it for framing/deck projects that aren't critical.
  13. They were sending a message to your cat.
  14. The web is showing that Connecticut Plywood Inc. in West Hartford is carrying Appleply.
  15. Apple core plywood is a good alternative, if you can find it. It's the American version of BB, and comes in 4' x 8' sheets, instead of 5' x 5'.
  16. That's what normal people eat Brent!

I see what you did there!😉
  18. The prices on Baltic Birch plywood are very regional. I was paying $50 a sheet in Alaska in the mid 90's. It's still going for around $20 a sheet in South Texas. Here in the bay area it ranges from around $60 - $90.
  19. It'll perform well for the price point. I was pleasantly surprised how well my countertop jointer performed.
  20. Just send it West. I'll road test it.
  21. A bagel with tomato, cucumber, sprouts, red onion, cream cheese and avocado, from the Fairfax Roastery.

    Jokes

When I was younger I had a job in a juice factory. But I got fired, because I couldn't concentrate.
  23. I thought it was a good headphone back then, but way overpriced. I'm still of the opinion that it's price point should be around $600.
  24. Happy Birthday!
