The Body Geometry stuff is really good, supposedly. I tried on some shoes when I was looking, but they didn't have what I'd want (1-2 steps up from the bottom) on clearance at the Specialized LBS, so I had to pass, but they fit great. One thing that I tried didn't fit well at all, leading me to believe that with entire lines there should be something. It looks like Specialized has a BG Saddle Fit system that is standalone or in conjunction with the BG fit... as I'm sure many others do as well. My fav saddle was a Fizik Pave that is long gone, and probably too small for me, but a tiny little road bike saddle on the mtn bike worked great. **BRENT**

Yay for V!!!!! I forget, have you tried a few of the different Specialized saddles? I figure you have, but I would think they would make SOMETHING you'd find comfy. **BRENT**

^ That made me smile. Go out for dinner and drinks before you end me? **BRENT**

Gene, try flashing a T-Mobile ROM on it. Check with one of the others first, but that phone on TMO should work with calls over WiFi. As long as you have WiFi, calls would be routed through that, bypassing the towers. Here is the toggle I am talking about. Look into it. With a huge nigh-upon-impenetrable-by-cell-signal structure I work in, I wish we had WiFi here. It works great at home, and is less of abdrain on battery as well. **BRENT**

Yep, but you can do that with an OTG USB cable too. I think it works many DACs, but maybe not all of them. **BRENT**

The only reason I don't have the dock is because I haven't seen it in stock... and this is ME! Why don't you have the dock already? It's an elegant solution to your problems. /me waits to see the Mindless Consumerism thread update properly... **BRENT**

Well, next year, Vicki, just ride with him at the beginning of week two. He should be doing 60 miles at 16 MPH, which should be a good easy, comfortable ride for you. Also, don't you have that BT travel speaker? I'm sure something can be rigged up to pimp your ride(s). **BRENT**

I say we should Plasti-Dip it rainbow colored. **BRENT**

No lube on the chain, of course. Get rid of the squeak, less friction, smoother pedal strokes, more efficient, and it'll be better. That's all. **BRENT**

Just get that new Brooks, Vicki... 12 mph... I'm even faster than that (by a hair). Buy him some lube, show him how to put it on, and then take him for another ride. It'll be better next time. **BRENT**

Sounds like fun, Jeff! Need to get you some electronic stuff and do some sequential shifting. I'm sure someone has figured out soomthing like a CVT for bikes now. Nate, you're crazy. 50 non-stop before I got out of bed. I was elated to do 9 miles on the road without stopping a couple months back. **BRENT**

93 with a heat index of 124 according to Weather Underground... And I went for a bike ride so I wouldn't break a promise to Xavier. Worth it in the end, but the beginning blew. **BRENT**

I took Xavier on his first trail ride today. 2 hours total, 4 miles, lots of mud, but the driest it has been in a month. A couple tricky sections, but he handled himself like a champ, and only one big wipeout for him. We walked a bit of the really rooty sections, and the 29er wheels roll a good bit better than the 20" ones. So proud today! **BRENT**
