Well, while I was at band tonight I realized that someone should push you to buy a clarinet or two, which you don't have, instead of 30 new watches to add to your other 30 watches, but guess I was a few minutes late. **BRENT**

So Apple charges an extra 30% for subscriptions to Tidal through the app... http://consequenceofsound.net/2015/04/tidal-has-already-raised-its-monthly-subscription-prices/ **BRENT**

My head barely fits through doorways when you factor in ego. I think I'm good here. I also have nachos for lunch today.... I should get a watch to go with them. **BRENT**

Nate is a handsome, well spoken, classy gentleman. I, for one, applaud his taste. **BRENT**

I wouldn't let someone else having something keep me from having it for that reason alone. You already have a solidly respectable collection... I'm sure you'd be fine even skipping the Pelagos and setting aside the money for nachos. **BRENT**

Maybe Tudor reps in town? **BRENT**

Sorry John, I'll be out of town that day **BRENT** -
Hahahahaha. Win. I talked to Zoë about Justin Guitar and told her she can use the 710 just to be careful not to bump or bang it on things (sometimes a little clumsy, she.) I went to band tonight but forgot something and ran back in the house. She had the guitar in her room with some chord website up already. <3 **BRENT**

Hmmm... I need a novelty oversized sombrero to fit my head. Keep an eye out. **BRENT**

So my son comes home one day from school and says he played guitar and everyone thought he sounded good and he really liked playing. Seeing as this is the first time he has shown serious interest in playing music I started looking around at trying to find him a cheap starter guitar. Step one was Guitar Center to see if he needed a 3/4, 7/8, or full size guitar, and there was a Yamaha F335 he liked. He then saw it in black and got that down and we knew that was the one for him, but we were just looking that day. While we were there, Zoë was helping us hold guitars while he handled them and others helped us out by playing so we could hear the tone potential. Well, turns out that she is interested in guitar now as well. Fast forward a few weeks and after checking CL and the internet, the right deal was found, but it was sold before it could be picked up (the next day.) Saturday, a friend who plays and knows some shops around town picked me up and we went on a search. A couple individuals and a couple shops later, we wind up back at Guitar Center, where I had been emailing someone the night before about some clearance inventory I found online. Turns out the guy who came up to help us was the guy behind the emails, so he already knew what we were looking at. Turns out there were two black F335s in inventory, and we handpicked one of those. Then, knowing Zoë was interested and I was interested as well, we looked at the deal we talked about over email. There was one on the wall that I didn't love compared to a step-below-but-more-expensive model. The guy checked the back and found one in the box. Tuned that up and started playing and the difference was noticeable. It easily eclipsed the more expensive model and the other example... So for Zoë and me, a Yamaha FG710S. The pix don't do the wood justice, as it looks pretty nice for an entry level guitar. Going to look at Justin Guitar mostly, but an old friend gives lessons as well, so going to get with him soon too. Excited to get them playing something they picked. **BRENT**

As someone who uses 20-30GB, and a OnePlus One, I signed up anyways... Just in case. I know plenty of people this would be great for. **BRENT**

Hey guys. Having some car issues that make me not want to drive 250 miles, but trying to get a buddy or two to come with me. Thanks for the call last night, John. **BRENT** -
I have know Zach a long time, and he only wears jorts and a wife beater on special occasions; barely more than a suit. **BRENT**

Yo. You gotta remind me of this stuff, Theo Just now seeing this. There is a meet in Nashville area (Spring Hill) tomorrow, April 18th. The info is http://www.head-fi.org/t/753367/music-city-meet-vol-3-nashville-tn-spring-2015-april-18-2015/ If there's anyone who wants to go, LMK. I'm probably coming in from Chattanooga. I think there's someone local-ish to Nashville from here, no? **BRENT**

Some kind of spicy chicken nachos and Zoë got a dang k-suh-dillah. And we got a cheese dip. And I got a margarita, because I am going to wait in line with hundreds of tween and teenage girls (and some well dressed teenage guys) to let me daughter meet a YouTube celebrity. I may get a few more. **BRENT** Edit: drove two hours to get here, not looking forward to drive home with hearing damage from the screaming.

Hey Head-Case, what's your bandwidth like?
MexicanDragon replied to Knuckledragger's topic in Off Topic
Crap, look around for some new customer deals and have it in your roommate's name. Also, call back and talk to someone else. Also, see what you can get with a basic TV and internet plan, it may be cheaper. Or, you can move to Chattanooga and get 1Gbps synchronous for 69.99$/mo. **BRENT** -
RIP, Devilfish. A buddy of mine used to play against this guy in high stakes online poker. The first hand his daughter ever played was against this guy. She lost, but cool nonetheless. I always liked this guy when I was following and playing a lot. http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2015/apr/07/dave-devilfish-ulliott-poker-dies-cancer?CMP=fb_gu **BRENT**

You make more excuses than me. **BRENT**

Hey CJ, why don't you just Happy Gilmore it, throw it in the back seat of the car, and go cash it? Congrats, man, seems like you guys did a nice job with this project. **BRENT**

On our way home from the beach. I heard that Stewby's Seafood Shanty is THE place to eat. Much to the chagrin of the kids, we come to this as we pull up. I promised I would take them wherever they wanted, but I wanted to go here. Combo of fried chicken (for Xavier to try and me to finish) and fried shrimp for me (so good,) and enough fries to let everyone get a taste. Needless to say, I went back and bought another 10$ worth of food, and smiles all around. I needed to punctuate this trip with a , and I did. Hope to be home before Thursday. **BRENT**

Yep. You heard me. I had to brace myself to keep her from "dancing" me over. **BRENT**

You should if you get the chance. I even got to break up a fight between a girl my size and a friend-of-a-friend (who was barely a buck 15) during the opening song. The girl wound up throwing down 3 times before she was escorted out by her BF who had finally gotten embarrassed by her. Good times Such an interesting group of fans too. From the rave kids to the future/not-yet-caught serial killer types to the hipsters, and the late 40s lady dressed in a spring dress, shawl, and a doesn't-give-a-fuck attitude. I'd rather see them next time in a chair instead of standing in a venue for a few hours, but totally worth it. Ninja wound up crowd surfing quite a few times, and that was the only time he wound up fully naked... Not bad for a 13+ (with parental supervision) show. I was bummed they made me check my camera so all I got was crappy cell pix. Next time I need to be sneakier. **BRENT**
