  1. Paging @tom_hankins **BRENT** Sent from my R1 HD using Tapatalk
  2. FYI: Tidal has a "Friends and Family" deal where the primary member pays the full amount and you can add on up to 3-5 more people for half price (5$ for poor people music, 10$ for FLAC.) If anyone wants to go in on this, we could bring down the per-person cost a bit (2 for 30$, 3 for 40$, 4 for 50$, 5 (possibly) for 60$) which would make the cost for Roon basically what most of us are paying anyways. Post up if anyone is interested and we can take it from there. **BRENT**
  3. Got it worked out; he races 8am Saturday morning. **BRENT**
  4. Grrr... so it seems you have to have a license to race and I didn't realize it. I looked and it's a 200$ late fee, had I done it before 8:30am today. Otherwise, 35$ for the year + 15$ for the race. I emailed the contact from the race, but Xavier is really bummed about this. I'm hoping I can work something out. **BRENT**
  5. More info: the crit is probably going to be about 20 kids, from 9-14. I talked to him some more and I think we're leaning more towards Time Trial as well. Steve, like Chris mentioned, he's a bit nervous when it comes to cornering at speed; it's not something we really get to practice since we only have a few turns on our usual routes we can take at speed, and he hasn't been out much lately. I'll go ahead and sign him up tonight before the late fee hits. **BRENT**
  6. So there is a bike race -- The River Gorge Omnium -- with a junior division this weekend and Xavier and I are talking about entering him in it. For those of you with racing experience, there is a 4 mile Time Trial at 8:30am and a 20 minute criterium at noon. I think he's definitely open to doing one, but both are on the table. If you only had to pick one, which would it be? With 3 hours of rest between the TT and Crit, would that be enough? TT route Downtown crit route **BRENT**

  8. Fuck you, Chris! **BRENT**
  9. Got some new-to-me wheels for the mtn bike. I probably dropped a solid half pound off the bike today. Front: Chris King with Mavic X517 Ceramic Rear: Nukeproof hub and rim Both with Specialized tires. **BRENT**
  10. Mornin', Chris. **BRENT**
  11. Haven't had a biscuit in weeks. Went to 80s and 90s club, then back at gay bar. Met tons of people and ran into friends I haven't seen in months. Having a blast. #PokémonGo **BRENT**
  12. So I am at a gay bar right now... **BRENT**
  13. I know that feeling all too well. **BRENT**
  14. I'm going out with 300 people tonight on a bar crawl. I'll be sure to send you updates on the crazy twink scene that will be out. **BRENT**
  15. That's weaksauce. I'm going on a Pokecrawl tonight after work that includes a ride on the Chattanooga Ducks (did you guys do that?) Going from one side of the river to the other in one of these. The Aquarium on the right and the building on the left are fantastic spots, and I hold up about 2-3 blocks from there when we play. I LOVE living 3 minutes from there. **BRENT**
  16. 21, almost 22. Zoë is 23. Xavier missed two weeks with grandparents but is catching up. Dude, we have spots that will blow your mind. Let's make it happen. **BRENT**
  17. Raffy >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> deepak **BRENT**
  18. Nate, the NV is the second sexiest rack out there, next to the NV 2.0. At full price, I'd say go with the 2, but for half price? That's fantastic! I wouldn't have known it was used if you didn't mention it was off CL. Very jealous. I just got home from a ride. It's scary that 90* with a RealFeel of 95 with 70% humidity feels good, relative to the past 2 months. https://www.strava.com/activities/671773128 **BRENT**
  19. No wonder you have so many headphones. **BRENT**
  20. I like how that doesn't explain why you didn't get a babysitter. I'm sure your list goes "Me > my kids > other people". Nope, my kids are way ahead of me. That's why I currently live in relative poverty so they can go to the best public school in the region, a school that was at one point rated the best magnet school in the country. **BRENT**
  21. To annoy you 13 years in the future. **BRENT**
  22. My kids > other people. She didn't make a peep the entire movie, as was to be expected. Also, House of 1000 Corpses wasn't exactly a blockbuster film with packed houses every showing. **BRENT**
  23. All the Pokemanz! **BRENT**
  24. Heh, I didn't pick up any 90s stuff (though I did have to catch some of the cars and make sure they were all period correct; I think a Ford Festiva was a little too new, but it was close.) That e28 was pretty hot. Heh, House Of 1000 Corpses was Zoe's first movie in theatres... at 6 months. **BRENT**
