  1. Love the bike, and that dual crown fork is boss, but why no custom Silca pump? Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  2. I find it to be about the right amount of tomfoolery, for us at least. **BRENT**
  3. I'm with you on the feel thing. Going to the dart shop tomorrow before I go throw with a chick who beat me by one bull last time, though I won in the most clutch game we've played to date. http://tadarts.com/contents/en-us/d202_Steel_Tip_Darts.html I'm thinking the 40-50$ range is solid for now. That would get me into 80-85% tungsten darts and let me get Some throwing down and then down the road, when I know my preference, go Bottelsen. I can't remember which weight I used to throw, but think it was 24ish. If you know of anything from my local shop that jumps out, LMK. **BRENT** Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  4. And the numbering on the Unicorn is the best in the game, IMO, but the Blade 5 is everything else I want. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk

  6. So I've been going out and playing darts quite a bit lately, and I'm sick and tired of getting beaten by my fairer-sexed companions. I'm also sick of shitty house darts, and shitty boards. Since this is HC, and I have the space, I'm contemplating getting a setup for the house to practice, and have some darts to keep with me when I go out so we don't have to play with nylon nonsense. I think I've narrowed my board choices down to either the Winmau Blade 5 (60$) or Blade 5 Dual Core (better, and 85-90$.) The dart board surround, and the darts themselves, however, I'm not sure on. Anyone here throw? Have a recommendation for some mid-level darts I should consider (I'll save the Hammerheads for the Christmas wish list)? What about a surround? I've ruled out the cabinet option, as it seems lacking, but definitely want to protect the walls. **BRENT**

  8. Did this person ever look like he'd sell stereos, or perhaps crash a wedding? **BRENT**
  9. I'd be happy to store some stuff for you. **BRENT**
  10. Not far off. So after the ride yesterday I get a message from another dad/son biker friend and we went to the pump track. What a great day! **BRENT**
  11. You just bought a new fatbike instead of getting new wheels, so that doesn't really count. And your trainer wheels are worth more than my vehicle with the bike on the rack, so DIAF. **BRENT**
  12. When has that ever stopped you? **BRENT**
  13. Hah. Just realized the easiest way to get Jeff to buy new wheels: "Hey Jeff, I have those Shimano R500 wheels on my bike too!" On another note, been a bike heavy day today. Had a swap meet and bought 40$ of stuff for 30$, then went and ride with Xavier and one of good friends and their family. **BRENT**
  14. Bastard @ Jeff Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  15. Biscuits are so delicious. **BRENT**
  16. That's great! ALT+0168 for the ASCII character, right? I remember using that all the time back in the day, but never knew the background. Perhaps this will help me in a trivia match one day, and not be just a way to make a text smiley with the tongue in the middle instead of on the side. **BRENT** Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  17. This thread is making me happy. **BRENT** Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  18. Going to see Morris Day and the Mother Fuckin' Time tonight, so boning up on back catalogue. **BRENT**
  19. Get the i7 and 16. My reasoning is 3 fold: 1) Stop being poor. 2) This is d-_-b 3) It seems to kept your MBA for quite a while. The i5 will be fine for quite a while, and I can't imagine 16 GB of RAM being a bottleneck for years to come. However, in 3-4 years I can see you getting frustrated with it feeling a bit sluggish, where the i7 would probably get you 4-5. You may not care and just get another in 3 years, but if you can see wanting 4-5 for an extra couple hundred vs dropping 1500 again a year or two earlier makes sense to me. FWIW, I have an Ultrabook that's 4.5 years old with an i7 that would be OK had it more RAM, but even the processor is starting to show it's age. **BRENT** Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  20. Bah, was holding off on biscuits to help out Chris (but don't tell him that) and was elated to see what I thought was a cracked screen. Alas. Enjoy the new toy; maybe PUBG will come out with a GRW-esque companion app for you. **BRENT**
  21. The Reynolds are dirty now, that's the big reason for need for ENVE. And, as he said, dropped a good bit of weight off those DTs, so even accounting for tires they probably aren't the model you were thinking of, anyway. I think it's time to go full custom, Jeff. **BRENT**
  22. He has DT Swiss. **BRENT**
  23. Time to upgrade to ENVE. **BRENT** Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  24. @TMoney will chime in with the new info on the new XBox One soon, or you can always go with a nice HTPC It would be nice to get you in when we go to Forza 7 soon. I take it you're doing a Harmony remote for all of this? **BRENT** Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  25. Excellent! Have you thought about one of the gaming systems as a 4k BD player, or going to go Oppo and use that for spinny discs too? **BRENT**
