First off, @Jeff, you should be able to sell those here if anyone wants a case. If you want to protect a device, I've not come across anything better. Those cases are fantastic. Most will probably want to pull the built-in screen protector and use an Invisible Shield or something like that, but as far as protection, they're the best. Next, got a pop-up to upgrade to iTunes 9.2.1 today. Had some iPhone/iPad related "updates" and bug fixes. Has anyone mentioned these, or might they be important to you? iTunes 9.2.1 provides a number of important bug fixes, including: • Addresses minor issues with dragging and dropping items • Addresses a performance issue when first syncing to some devices with iTunes 9.2 • Addresses an issue upgrading to iOS 4 on an iPhone or iPod touch with encrypted back-ups • Addresses other issues that improve stability and performance iTunes 9.2 comes with several new features and improvements, including: • Organize and sync PDF documents as books. Read PDFs with iBooks 1.1 on iPad and any iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 4 • Organize your apps on your iOS 4 home screens into folders using iTunes These were just two of a few things, but were these available previously? I haven't gotten my hands on an iPhone4 yet, so I'm not sure. It just reads like reading PDFs through iBooks is a new things, and folders was on-device only. Just wondering. **BRENT**

I used to get reasonably inebriated before settling in for a 2-3 hour practice session on saxophone. I found it helped during the boring and pedantic areas of "getting back into playing shape" practicing. Though our young friend is far beyond that level, so who knows, crappy beer may suffice. Nate... played with an X today... I like the hardware. phone wasn't activated so i didn't get a chance to test a lot of things but the size was manageable and I saw a ronan who made an appointment to get one. She asked my opinion and we talked about it f for five minutes. if petite 50 year old women love this phone the size should bee fine for you. I really did like the hardware.

@Nate... I wouldn't discount the Samsung Fascinate. No release date just yet, but I can't imagine it being TOO far off. If you have qualms with the Moto X when you get it in your hands, I wouldn't necessarily count out waiting a little bit. I know it's hard living with an iPhone for much longer, but if you're not in love with the phone, I'd hold off. I know the Galaxy S phones are getting Froyo, and I'm sure the Moto Droid X will too, but not sure when on either. When I find something out I'll let you know. **BRENT**

Activate iPad 3G SIM without an iPad - Mac Forums OK... there is a way to get and manage an iPad microSIM (for 15$) without buying an iPad. Can't get the unlimited data anymore (I don't think), but can someone with an iPad 3G and an iPhone 4 throw their iPad SIM into their iP4 and see if it will work as a data only device? iPhone 4 data-only for 25$ (2GB) sounds pretty good to me.
