  1. Best wishes to your mom and you, Dusty. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery.
  2. Glad to hear your dad is doing well, Vicki!
  3. Not sure how long this'll be there but - Lensrentals.com - used Canon 135mm F/2 L w/ 90-day warranty for $840
  4. ^ Nice! I'm hoping I'll get to go out for pic on Saturday but we'll see. At least my 35 f/2 is back working fine again - it was just a matter of dirty electrical contact (though it didn't look all that dirty to my naked eyes). Speaking of lens, bunch of Canon refurbed lenses are back in stock - too bad they were completely out of stock while they had 15% off coupon going last week.
  5. Jeff, for fielding two teams, do I need to create a separate account/log-in?
  6. Now mobile theme automatically shows up on iPhone and the regular theme on computers. Thanks, Todd. As for Tapatalk, it's still not working for me - unread posts sections results in error every time and while forums show up, but thread are messed up.
  7. ^ Huh, methinks I should take my MacBook with busted LCD to see if I can get anything out of it.
  8. That would be great. I think I'm either going with holster/modular combo or get one of the speed series and replace my Sling-O-Matic with a backpack. ^Electric toothbrushes are great. We actually need to replace ours since they no longer hold any charges.
  9. ^ Yep. It took the plumber about ~40 minutes or so to hook it up. It took him a bit longer since he decided to add fastener to secure the gas line better to the wall. FWIW, I did have all the parts that were needed (save for couple fitting which the plumber had on hand) and the gas shut-off valve was located within the required distance. Even if you needed to route a new gas line to your dyer, I can't imagine it taking too long since we had to do that for our gas stove (we already had gas in house, but not gas connection for stove in kitchen) and it was done in couple of hours.
  10. Finally got the dryer hooked up so started what will be the never-ending-loads-of-laundry. At least the new dryer looks nice.
  11. Shelly, which ThinkTank belt did you get? I'm looking at some waist-belt (shoulder free) solution since shoulder/sling-bag has been bit problematic to use while chasing around a toddler.
  12. Had the new gas dryer delivered. They were supposed to hook it up as well, but they didn't (well, couldn't since they were only the delivery folks). Now I'm hoping to find a plumber who would be willing to come out and connect it for us. I've been told it's fairly easy to connect it yourself, but I decided not to chance it since I've never connected a gas appliance before and the particular gas line hadn't been used in at least 3 years. Also trimmed brushes and cleaned gutters - this was not fun.
  13. Humble Indie Bundle 3 and Humble Bundle Indie 2 games.
  14. ^ Damn, I remember going there few times while I was at UMass. It's been couple of years since I stayed for any prolonged period of time in the area, but every time I do, I'm amazed how much change the are has gone through.
  15. I'm not sure if this has been already posted, but anyone having problem with mobile theme? It used to be that if I changed it to mobile theme on my iPhone, it didn't change it to mobile theme when I browsed the forum on my laptop. I haven't been able to make it where mobile theme stays on iPhone and regular theme stays on my laptop.
