  1. Fuck I miss my Walkmans (or is it Walkmen?).
  2. Some nice prices on Canon lenses over on B&H. For example, you can buy a brand new 35L for $1250 (w/ free shipping), which is the usual going rate for an used copy. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/buy/SLR-Camera-Lenses/ci/8004/N/4232860665
  3. Just got around to checking the scores and in the league two, my RB/WRs have combined to score whopping 27 points. Not surprisingly, I've lost the game.
  4. That blows, Tom. I hope you get your money back quickly.
  5. Went out to a hot chocolate contest at next town over, only to find the most of the contestant had ran out of hot chocolate by the time we got there. While there, we stopped by to have our daughter's picture taken with Santa. Much to my surprise, the photographer was using a camera with a Polaroid back (though with Fuji film). Now, I'm making a banana bread while re-installing Windows & via Boot Camp since something has gone horribly wrong with the previous installation - just as I was about to play some games on it.
  6. Limbo and The Witcher off the Steam Autumn sale. Because, you know, I need more games on my backlog.
  7. ^ So I take it they didn't actually cancel your order?
  8. Couple of games off of the Steam sale. I keep adding more games on my que without finishing any.
  9. Well, if I wasn't chasing around my daughter so often with my camera on, I probably would've just kept RS-7 and not bothered with BRAD (or RS-Sport 2 for that matter). It's just that chasing around a toddler requires both of your hands free with lots of bending forward/down.
  10. I really liked the RS-7 itself, I just didn' like the RS-7/BRAD combo. I had bought BRAD (underarm strap thingie) after using RS-7 for couple of months hoping it works as stated (allow me to bend forward/down a bit without the camera's weight pulling/rotating the entire strap around my body, crashing camera onto the ground). While it actually did work, the implementation was really clumsy and it has too much excess webbing on the underarm strap (I'm assuming to accommodate for wide range of body size). With RS-Sport 2, the underarm strap is integrated a lot better and works a bit better as well. Also, there's nowhere near as much excess webbing left on the underarm strap.
  11. I like mine a whole lot better than RS-7/BRAD combo I was using.
  12. This, and I think I've spent more time in front of a fax machine than I ever thought I would. Would be so much easier if I can just scan the documents and e-mails them.
