I've had a Crucial SSD for a while now and I've had no issues with it (Trim enabled via 3rd party software). Right now, a 240GB Crucial SSD can be had on Amazon for $149, which is not a whole lot more than $60-$110 for a 500GB - 1TB 7200RPM HD. The performance gain from SSD is well worth the cost, assuming you don't need the capacity.
I've got both as well and I prefer BlackRapid for one reason - their sliding locking buckles. BlackRapid has locking buckles on the strap that prevents camera from sliding up/down the strap - this comes in handy when you need to bend over with both hands free (something I often have to when I'm chasing around my daughter while carrying my camera). One thing to note is I have one of their Sport models with an underarm strap so I don't have a problem with the shoulder strap not staying in place.
I still prefer just using a wrist strap, though, and generally avoids using shoulder straps/slings altogether if I can help it.
Nothing real specific for me but goal is to get back to exercising more frequently and regularly (probably the most popular New Years goal). I've become entirely too sedate these past couple of years.
The new Sigma 50/1.4 is actually bit lighter than their previous 50/1.4, though it is bit longer. I'm guessing the pricing will stay the same ($500), which is in the same range as Nikon 50/1.4, though decent chunk more pricey than Canon 50/1.4, at least until Canon introduces 50/1.4 IS.
Speaking of 180mm, Nikon 180/2.8D is the next lens I want to try/get.
Jp, looking at Sony Japan site, ZX-1 does support AIFF.

^ What Nate said. Also, I've used Stablicers in the past with good results, though I don't remember what model I had (I've lost them during the last move).
They're saying upwards of 12" or more in my area over today and tomorrow. My school is closed for today and tomorrow so no work for me. Predictably, I have things that are due next week I was planning on getting done today & tomorrow, but I guess I'll be staying late on Monday.
Reks, by any chance you know what's the diameter at the bottom? Interested in getting 10" and 12", but if the bottom is a lot smaller than 10", I'd rather just grab two 12".
^ I haven't used their film screen protectors. I have their glass protector on mine and vastly prefer it to numerous film protectors I've used in the past.
