Sorry, couldn't resist. I must say, though, I much prefer the look of Hyperspace to Decco.

AFAIK, Sony does occasional updates to the software emulation to improve the backward compatibility, but I doubt it's exactly on their high priority things to do for PS3.
-
It was part of their cost cutting measures. Of course, IIRC, the damn things still costs Sony ~$400 to manufacture.
-
One more thing - even the 80GB model has limited backward compatibility since it only uses a software emulation (instead of actually using PS2 CPU, like the initial 20GB & 60GB versions).
-
Somewhat off topic, but in case you weren't aware, 40GB version of PS3 doesn't play PS2 games, SACD's, has two less USB ports, and no Flashcard reader.
-
Very weird - I get album pictures for certain album number settings, but not for others. For example, if I set it to 9 or 13, I get one album pic. If I set it say, 11 or 14, I get more.

Wait, you still have CompUSA down there? The ones around here went out of business a while back. I've been contemplating of getting .Mac account just so I can keep my iMac and MacBook synced, but $99/year is bit steep, IMO.

So it appears I'm a complete dumbass as I can't figure this out - how are you guys adding the album art thingie to the sig?

Yes, for that price, you can get yourself a Shun 8" Chef's knife and 3" paring knife.

Yes. I've learned my lesson after all the problems I've had with a barrel of monkeys.

When I had my K701's up for sale, just about every single potential buyer asked me if they had multi-hundred hours of break-in time. Of course, the person who actually bought the cans was the only person who didn't ask me about it.

Also slowly going through Salt as a bed side reading.
