Damn, small world. I live only few miles away from Kimball. In fact, that's where I'm getting married - gotta love ice cream, mini golf, and bumper boats.

Put in a deposit for a new gas furnace with air filter/cleaner. I knew it was going to be expensive, but it was bit more than expected.

Finally got around to doing some yard cleaning today with the weather and our schedule cooperating for the first time since all the snow melted couple of weeks ago. Now I get to address our wedding invitations.

The receiver's in surprisingly good condition considering how old it is. It'll be replacing the Parasound/Teac combo in my living room, which will simplify things a bit in there. The bulbs for the tuner display needs replacing, but I may not bother seeing as only stations I listen are the two local public stations (i.e., don't need to be able to see what station I'm at from a distance).

Picked up a NAD 712 receiver locally for cheap.

Built a wardrobe, put up a wall-wide/length curtain in the audio room behind my speakers, and cleaned/reorganized the audio room and guest room.

A new sofa for the living room from Jordan's (if the Sox sweep, it'll be free; in all other cases, we get a coupon equal to 20% of the sofa's price). Also, waaaay too much things from IKEA to finally finish furnishing the guest room, as well as few things for rest of the house. For a second, I thought you meant Grado HP-1.
